Honestly, those things really aren't noticeable under default or TV Broadcast audio settings. What is noticeable is the crowd and arena audio. Those have been not great in 2k for a long time.
Even the commentary is getting stale with Kevin Harlan having been in the game for close to a decade now.
I find Live's commentary to be closer to what I want in terms of what they talk about. 2k easily has more content in their commentary, but most of it is not focused on the game in front of them. There's too much off the court talk, and when they do reference statistics, they are not relevant in terms of what is happening in the court (talking about the best rebounding teams last year when someone gets fouled). It's just not organic to me.
They also don't seem to react to and discuss extraordinary things on the court (someone knocking down 4-5 threes in a row, or knocking down a huge shot to stop a run or take the lead after being down by a lot).
Having multiple teams is great, but I would like them to focus the commentary on the game in front of them rather than stories and irrelevant stats.
