My for mine I did athlete inside scoring and rebounding with a few in defender not that order . I average 5 ppg in park and 10 reb it's also really easy to get blocks atleAst for me for I usually have 2-3 a game but that might be my play style and that everyone seems to play pg

Good stuff yeah was leaning toward those three things. I figure I'm big so I'll do rebounding last but when it comes to the rec or playing highly rated centers in the park even with a decent box out they seem to be stealing rebounds from me, since that's where I'm at most of the time I'll probably start building that up first. I certainly hold my own for the most part though and even at a 73 rating can't wait to get him ranked up more.

Which badges do you have? Which ones should we be trying for as Centers (posterizer and maybe some blocking badge)? I finished a 10-day and haven't gotten any yet averaging around 5 and 5 with a couple blocks still a backup with not a lot of minutes.

I got a question when being boxed out, does anybody know how to do the spin move to try and get around the defender blocking you out? I tried doing a circular spin on my L and R joystick as I'm being boxed out he doesn't do anything though.

For sure definitely want these on my big man, great stuff man.

If you have max defense you need about 100+ blocks

Sheesh if we aren't max defense how many does it take for eraser? Is your center maxed out on D?

It's probably best to max that and the rebounding then to make a beast five man.

I dont think tendency change in MyCareer. For my SG I have a 23 3pt shot tendency when half of my field goals are 3pt shot. My dunk and contact dunk are still a 60 and 50.

Does any SG have anything different?

I need OCC, especially with Kemba Walker AND Brian Roberts out for an extended period of time. Hairston starts at point but Stephenson is the primary ballhandler and he looooves to go 1 on 3 and not pass and I'd much rather have Hairston coming off picks or spotting up in the corner for threes than trying to run the offense. Since Walker went down my APG have gone down from 11 to just under 10 and Big Al's PPG have gone down from 22 to just over 19. I'd love to have the ball in my hands to run the offense earlier in the shot clock instead of waiting 6-7 seconds for Stephenson to pass me the ball.

I'm looking at the possibility of branding this the worst sports mode I've ever played. I was on the edge of quitting but wanted to give it one last shot, my last game finished it.

The reason this mode is broken is simple, no sliders. What idiot at 2K thought it would be clever to have no sliders in MyCareer needs to be fired and dumped in a hole. 2K don't know basketball and must never watch basketball which is why we need to fiddle around with sliders for years just to get anywhere close to sim basketball. The fact that MyCareer has no sliders and we are forced to play with 2K's dumb vision of basketball ruins it.

On top of that, the game is just rigged. I'm tired of going 30/10/10 (on All-Star or Superstar) only to lose the game by 20 points each time because the CPU goes on a mad scoring streak and my players can't hit an open layup.

On top of that, I'm tired of the stupidity. I'm tired of my 6'0", 180lbs PG being put it at SG...I'm not Allen Iverson. I'm tired of making a perfect pass to my big man who is open, under the rim, but decides to pass it back to me. I'm tired of my losing THE BOARDS BATTLE IN EVERY GAME I'VE PLAYED. The CPU get so many offensive rebounds it's not funny. What's more, I'm mostly tired about the INSANE ability the CPU has to tip or intercept one of your passes. I'm tired about the 20 minutes I have to wait after the game for my VC to be saved to 2K's crap server (and my internet is fine). Oh, and I'm especially tired of shot clock cheese. + blowing 22 point leads to the Pelicans because my players can't hit an open shot and losing 109-95.

At least in MyGM sliders make the game half playable. But it's boring. So my game will be traded in by the end of the week or more likely I'll have my dog take a dump on it and set fire to it, because that's what this crap deserves.

If you disagree, feel free to say why. But I've been playing the games since 2k3, they were the only games I'd really play, and it deeply saddens me how STUPID they've gotten. Dare I say NBA Live deserves a shot after this crap...

My SG Is now a 84 overall. I am 15-8 with the Clippers after a tough win against the Pelicans and a rocky beginning. Tied 2nd in the west with GS, OKC and Portland. Gonna be a fun Playoffs.

I have not seen a cutscenes or got an endorsement in a while.

I've played around 80 games and still don't have it. Non of the endorsements are unlocking.

I've just gotten into basketball this past summer but I'm pretty quick study. Big gamer never played much of sports games. The problem is my career is so broken yet there is nothing that can be done. In other games if these problems persisted people could make an uproar until it was fixed but every year people are going to buy 2K because what else is there? Its really frustrating.

I got into basketball because of 2K and now that I watch it I can't stop thinking this is nothing like actual basketball.

I just unlocked Floor General. I have 1 more upgrade before im max playmaking with my PG. Hopefully soon after i can get OCC. My guy is a pass first PG, but he can shoot from anywhere on the court and dunk on pretty much anyone. Pretty much worked on Jump Shot Athlete Playmaking and Defense. I'm like 70 driving layup. Didn't feel the need to upgrade Inside scoring much, bc i have posterizer so everytime i get close to the hoop he dunks it anyway. I had to upgrade defense to keep up and move quickly against PG's like lillard Curry and Westbrook. Those three guys are annoying.
