That's the biggest robbery ever. You should be giving them a pick. Or two.

^Deleted the Nets myLeague as a result.

I started a new one with Minnesota, and decided I want to Hinkie it, trading (almost) everybody good.

I'm keeping Wiggins, Rubio (for now) Dieng, Bennett, Muhammad, Hummel, Levine, Robinson III and maybe Budinger.

So, realistic/fair trade ideas to get Thad. Young, Nik. Pekovic, and Kevin Martin out of Minnesota?

I'm the Bulls and would like to get in Nerlens Noel.

Do you have any realistic idea for a trade?

Rose, Butler and Mirotic are untouchable

How unrealistic would it be to see a team in need of a PG trying to contend be willing to shell out a first round pick for Patty Mills assuming I ignore the injury?

I think you can pull off a trade if you are willing to give up two 1st rd picks and a decent young player like Snell or McDermott (or both)

No way hinkie would give up nerl for two late 1st s that are pretty much 2nd s and snell/McDermott novels d alone is worth alot and take into consideration how young he is and his offensive potential not uappwning

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread

I am doing a Brooklyn Nets MyLeague and I'm doing a "retooling" job. Would you guys do these trades in year 1? The only main players I plan on keeping are Thad Young and Mason Plumlee, at least past year 1. So I'll have some spots open. I plan on drafting a PG or SG in the draft, So that leaves 2 spots open in the lineup, 3 if I play Young off the bench, to fill in free agency. Now, on to the trades.

                      Lakers Receive -
                      PG - Deron Williams
                      PG - Darius Morris

                      Nets Receive -
                      PG - Jeremy Lin
                      PG - Steve Nash

The salary works out and everything, my thought process is that we (Nets) dump salary and receive 2 solid vets on expiring deals. The Lakers are a team that needs results and is doing this trade to be competitive. Money doesn't matter to them and Morris is just a throw in. Let me know your thoughts!

And here is the 2nd trade -

                        Pistons Receive -
                        SF - Joe Johnson
                        SF - Sergey Karasev
                        C - Jerome Jordan
                        Pick - 2017 Celtics 2nd

                        Nets Receive -
                        SF - Caron Butler
                        SF - Tayshaun Prince
                        SF - Cartier Martin
                        Pick - 2015 Pistons 1st

My thoughts behind this is that again, we get 2 solid vets on expiring contracts, now of course they are not Joe Johnson but they will hold it down for a year and keep us competitive. In real life there were rumors of Johnson going to the Pistons, and they get him here in the game. The Pistons have missed the playoffs the last few years and they are gonna do whatever it takes to get in. There are some throw in players to make the contracts work, and the Pistons give us a 1st and we give them a 2nd. Let me know your thoughts!

In the 2014-15 season wondering what it would take to get Jordan Adams from the Grizzlies. I'm the Pacers and was thinking something like:

                          Pacers receive:
                          Jordan Adams
                          MEM 1st 2015

                          Grizzlies receive:
                          Rodney Stuckey
                          IND 1st 2017
                          IND 2nd 2016

I'd even be willing to give up one of my reserves with a good overall Allen and Sloan are both around 75 for a scrub

I like the 2nd trade but the first is not a great deal for you. Nash is probably retiring after the first season and Lin is not a starting caliber PG. You should look for a trade in which you give up D-Will for a good young player or a draft pick. If you bring in veterans, you may be able to sneak into the playoffs with the 7th or 8th seed but your team is not going to be good in the long term.

I'm in a Brooklyn association as well, and I'm looking to pick up/trade for a young PG with some potential to be the face of the franchise.

I really like Dennis Schroeder but was wondering if there were any other young PGs you guys would suggest? I like Schroeder because he handles the ball well and can shoot, which is the type of PG I'm looking for if that helps.

All my Brooklyn guys are tradeable to get this PG. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would say Jordan Clarkson who has really good potential and is already a good player offensively and long defensively. But you'd have to trade Deron and picks for him since Lakers FA(read Byron Scott) think he's future all-star. Also you'd have to take on JHill and JLin. Trading one of the bigs.
