I don't know anymore if I should be upset that I don't have the patch or appreciative of the fact that the PS4 US crowd is beta testing it. Seems riddled with bugs and glitches, and my 1.02 version plays pretty well.

On that topic, I really think they should do public beta testing on their patches - their internal Q&A is obviously flawed.

Here is the worst part of this patch debacle for me....I cant play the unpatched version anymore. The 5 biggest gameplay issues for me were:

- The lack of fouls
- Lack of CPU 3pts
- Shooters accidentally stepping on the line when shooting 3s.
- Missing stat overlays
- Missing animations like walking the ball up court.

All 5 are fixed in the patch. So for the first time on a week and a half I tried to play the game and I was annoyed immediately. I could ignore the issues when I was waiting for the patch to be released for everyone but its hard when I know PS4 and PC players are playing a better game than me.

I started a fantasy draft because I refuse to start my Bulls MyLeague until we get the patch.

The lack of obvious fouls is so frustrating. I built a team designed to take and make 3PT and the amount of baskets that are called as 2PT because there's a foot on the line (especially in the corners) is a nightmare.

Those three are crucial for me. Along with one you didn't mention, which is CPU players not going back up 100% of the time after grabbing an offensive rebound. I've stopped playing altogether because I know those fixes are coming. Or rather, we were told those fixes are coming.

I understand that Ronnie and LD are hype men. But 2k needs to realize that at least half of the user base is waiting for this patch, so it's a slap in the face when they hype something else, while ignoring the questions about the patch.

What about your team magically falling over on defense when the ball handler bumps into them.

Thank God for Dragon Age, hopefully by the time I'm finished with this this fiasco is over. Good grief.

You can say that again GTA V changed up everything for me now I have a better game to play till his crap is resolved. I promise if nba live went back to the days when the best to years were when Carmelo was on the cover and when t-Mac was on it I promise I would be all over live again because those were the 2 years that live wasn't getting touched by no one or game title!! Any how nba live goes back to how it was when melo and T-Mac was on the cover Im saying to hell with nba 2k and I pretty sure a lot of others who know what I mean when those players where on live cover they know how good it was. With all this being said best believe nba 2k lost a lot of consumers and I mean a lot cause people can't be bothered especially with 2 spokesman who should be trying to help the most and don't. Honestly ld2k does more then damn Ronnie I swear Ronnie sucks he doesn't help with a damn thing or even try to give an insight on anything just one word answers that everyone knows is BS & makes people tick and not in the good way. Honestly if they do lose consumers to this it will be because of 1 the lack of knowledge and too the lack information shared to help those that need it and 2 because Ronnie just doesn't give a damn and that's gonna be one of there major down falls looking into it. You guys don't think nba live is looking at this as a giant window to majorly improve there game overall so when the few who leave 2k and go back over to live they won't have to worry about these problems I'm telling you 2k is just setting there selves up for a major down fall and hurt break, but that's just me.

Thanks for those who responded on how to get the patch. However, I don't think we are getting the patch until 2015!!!!! As the earlier posts indicate, I can't get into the game as much anymore b/c I know the patch addresses the issues that are present in the game now.


I am getting so desperate, I may fire up the PS3, to load up the 2k15 version, which I also have.!!!! The graphics aren't as good, but the gameplay is very good.




I just still can't understand how we can be over a week and not get the patch.

Defensive responsiveness is the biggest thing for me. I couldn't ever play decent on ball defense because of severe input lag, players jumping late, etc.

I can live with the more minor things but it's unplayable to me when I know my main issue has been addressed and I also can't play it

There was no doubt that Ronnie2K and LD2K with "Christmas Miracle" were referring about MyTeam things. They hype the web, but the problem is that at the moment who play most the game are American's people w/PS4.

American PS4 users will have gotten to play with the patch for 2 weeks come this Monday, or for any math people out there right around 18% of the time that the game has been out for.
