My league did a fantasy Draft and were lovin it we imported the top player from years past(Jordan,Bird,Magic) and swapped out current stars with them self in there prime (old school Vince Carter,D Wade,Lebron,Kobe,Ray Allen , Garnett ect) .So the major disappointment so far in online leagues is we get no VC ? Why not if you get VC in ever other mode but this ? Is this a glitch or ment to be this way ? The guys are enjoying our self but would like VC like offline mode!

Hmmm...didn't realize the VC thing as I normally don't care about it. Does VC accrue in offline myleague mode? Would hate for them to have included it in one and not the other. This could be an unnecessary barrier to getting more users to try this excellent mode out.

Only one season, but you can start a new season with same teams if you want.

Also since you can use custom rosters im sure there's leagues out there that can make it a multi year format

The core experience is a single season mode, but there is an offering to extend your league into a second season if everyone wants to run it back. Once the season is done, the Admin has the option to restart the league with the end-of-season rosters (meaning, all trades you made in season 1 will carry over into season 2). Think of it as a new season without the happenings of a standard NBA offseason. I made the decision very early on that would be our path as I wanted the core focus to be on stability and reliability of the mode, while offering as many features as possible. I’m sure you can all understand and respect that decision.

Yea i think you can go on to as many seasons as you like, but no one ages and theres no draft or anything like that

First of all i can't tell how happy i am with this turnaround fully functional NEW Myleague Online!!

I'm speechless that development in a year is just pure dedication by the great devs starting from Great Simballer and his great team lead by Leftos and Davez. Just thank you all again.

I know i know i'm here for a purpose other than this as we have an important issue that i certainly think/hope you can patch it up within 2k16.

- The Problem is:
* You can't reset a playoff round after one of the teams advanced to the next round!

- Why is it that big of a problem:
* Because think of you play the very last game of the playoff series game 7 and you lost connection and boom gone everything you worked for is gone and no commisioner or admin can take it back. It just advanced the other team to the next round, yet the current round is still on for other matchups.

- Solution:
It's simple just let us reset that game,too and get them back to the current round of playoffs. As the connection isn't always countable, these stuff occur and it's pretty important for us not to have this kind of bad situations in 30 men leagues.

I hope Leftos and Davez could hear this out and have a chance to patch it up with the next updates.

ataman5, not allowing those kinds of resets in the playoffs was a conscious decision for 2K16. We didn't have the time to test all the possible edge cases that come with this, and under the mantra of "everything should just WORK first and foremost", I decided against trying to implement that late in the cycle, potentially ending up with a progression blocker for the whole league. There's too many games affected, too big a part of the schedule and too many teams by resetting a single close-out game in the playoffs. Including the potential timing of other users' games, it becomes very complicated to do this safely.

The reasoning for allowing resets in the playoffs is sound, just the same as allowing resets in the season. I do want to re-evaluate and take a stab at it for 2K17 after having a detailed discussion with the team to make sure we cover all edge cases.

It totally makes sense, just didn't have the time. Very happy to hear you're enjoying the mode though.

That's all i wanted to hear i guess you know i'm all fine knowing that it's better that all work which exactly what you did ALL FREAKING TOTALLY WORK! Fully functional and even when i write this i'm just excited it WORKS you know! I stop saying 'work' which this mode does fully!

I can't really put in words how much we enjoy the mode in this great condition and LEVEL.

I totally understand, do what you really think is safe to do always appreciate it.

Also I'm a fully experienced commisioner i know that if any of the rounds come to any kind of verge then i just reset enough games to prevent the situation happening so i suggest the same to every other admins here.

Again much appreciate your wonders and dedication to the modes and also your time to reply.

A workaround is possible. Just not good for stats keeping, but if it comes to game 7 you can play it safe by creating a new league and playing the game there and simulate it in the real league after that. Not an elegant way, but this should keep it from messing everything up.

What we used to do in the old OAs is have the users play the first five games of the series and then reset the fourth and fifth game and have those act as game 6 and 7. Then after those was over just force the result to reflect those games. We'd do that just to make sure no glitches or network outages screwed over somebody and let their opponent advance.
