The Jordan Rules is what reallllllllly brought down a tear to my eyes. Just didnt feel right playing against the bad boys of detroit without it in the past. Thank you OG!. Been wanting to play against the Jordan Rules for the longest. No more social life for me once this masterpiece is in my possession "Jordan Rules?" "Did you guys make this up?" - Bill Laimbeer

I cant say how much i love playing defense and how important these improvements are to me, but question.........

On PnR defense in situations where the switch happens and a quick PG has lets say Tim Duncan on the perimeter guarding John wall...will the quicker point guard be able to get around Tim with his lateral quickness being not good? ? ?
Humans fear what they dont understand, hate what they cant concur i guess its just the theory of man

I think so I didn't see it in the clips they shown just hard hedging with Jordan and he couldn't keep up with I think Curry.

If we can't split the pick, that also means that we still don't have full control over out players and can't make quick change of direction moves.
So what button would be used to make the dribble compress and squeeze his body on demand? None you say? Well, I doubt ANY game will have that right for a while. And 40% is a WAY too high of a number dude. There's a reason why doing it is considered "impressive". If it happened 2 of every 5 chances, we wouldn't be impressed by it when it happens.

Yea thats why i was asking never seen anything in the blogs to clarify if a bigs was defending on the perimeter against the likes of CP3 if he was sharks food...

Sorry, but this situation is TOTALLY different. One "took over" by default because of a deal with the NFL (**** the NFL) that locked out the other - some consider the better - game. This one would be "taken over" on merit. You know, the RIGHT way to do things. Toe to toe, man to man.

They are probably tired of EA taking shots at them. You know. The shots about "stable online". About 7' PGs. That new ratings woman taking a shot at the new ratings system on Twitter (which is the RIGHT way if you ask me and if SHE doesn't get it, Live is screwed). Simballer shot back too in his blog.

When I read a preview for an upcoming release and the main thing they have to say about franchise is “we tuned the simulator for better results”, I know what that means. And I’m guessing you do too.
I, personally, LOVE it. Shows these dudes aren't robots and are personally invested in their work and their game. And to take shots at their effort, is a personal shot.

that 2K doesn't have a NFL license and the EA team only adds a few new pass animations every dev cycle. Imagine all this defensive glory and adjustments in a football game omg.

We should all tweet this post to the Madden dev team.

Scrolling down slowly, you got me! lmaooo

                            WOW...

Absolutely stunning...been hoping for different defenses / adjustments / CPU recognizing mismatches / different defensive schemes / teams being different via each coach.........just never thought we would see it.

                            MASSIVE.

Each game will truly be a unique experience, at last.

                            Wow.

As a long, long time vet of the series...this is the best news I have ever read.

I can barely even believe the amount of things I've read about the past few days that I have always wanted them to implement... Just incredible!

Literally since NBA 2K these guys have busted their *** to deliver, and while some years they have faltered here and there, they seem to be 100% on their game again...

The Jordan Rules in a game.. my god man, what a time to be alive!

This was almost my favourite part (if I had to pick with a gun to my head haha).

To have 30 with Rose in game 1 and see LeBron line up against him in game 2 from the outset (or during game 1) - I may literally need to be revived. I can NOT BELIEVE this is in a basketball VIDEO GAME! I always wanted it but thought it was unreasonable/unrealistic from a coding stand point..... haha.
