I really want a absolute beast interior defender and rebounder but would be cool to shoot a corner 3 as well, wondering how much more advtange inside having an extra 4 inches would really be?

No offense, but that sounds like a demi-god. I can't think of one NBA center that was able to do that consistently in the history of the league.

Those of us that create bigs may be better off sticking to the inside since everyone else is going to be focusing on outside shot jacking and dribbling. Being a big man this year is going to be crucial. No need for the 3 ball. I don't think it will be as OP as last year.

Anybody know shooting caps for an inside PF? (6-8, 245) I'm deciding between inside and balanced.

Best player to make is a 6'7 outside scoring point guard.

If you give him level 19 jumper, athlete and playing he gets 89 shooting, 84 speed and 85 ball control with decent height. You'll be able to shut down other players smaller then you because of your height and your lateral quickness is pretty similar to smaller point guards as well.

Most people are eventually going to end up making point guards because the speed and ball control are too low for other positions and the shooting is exactly the same for point guards as it is for shooting guards and small forwards.

Yep. I'm already abandoning my 2-guard because even as an undersized 6'4, I can only achieve the level of speed that D-Wade has. Not prime D-wade... 33 year old (almost 34) bad knees Wade. That's my MAX speed. You literally can not make an athletic slasher. KJ McDaniels has 88 speed at 6'6"... If I'm 6'6" I get 78 speed, and only after I spend 50k on VC.

Even as a PG I'm going to be at a disadvantage. Brandon Knight has 92 speed at 6'3". Derrick Rose has 94 speed at 6'3" (after god knows how many surgeries). Westbrook has 96 speed at 6'3". John Wall has 97 speed at 6'4. Even if I go down to 6'2, my speed is an 86! It's going to be really fun guarding those type of guys night in and night out /s

These caps were a good idea in theory, but the execution is horrible, it's already souring me on this mode, which is the one I primarily buy the game for. For somebody who doesn't give a flying fart about online and how "balanced" Park mode is, this is a huge disappointment.

Same, my career/ my park is the only reason why I play 2k, and my 6'6" 2 guard has a cap of 78 speed, and low ball handling.

You would think a inside slasher, or whatever the call it in 2k16 would have great speed and great ball control.

I haven't abandoned my 2 yet, mostly bc I'm hoping 2k does some patching. I appreciate how they are trying to balance my career/ park. But some of this stuff is a tad bit ridiculous.

I got a few questions if anybody can help

1) Is there a limit to the amount of players you can have at once? It used to be 3 back on 2K13 I think.

2) How do I tell which mycareer I'm using? All it says is the position and the date. I can't find it anywhere lol. I'll keep looking.

3) Im on my 5'9" pg that I haven't played a game with yet. Why do I have badges already? Do they carry over for all careers? Because I have 7 badges and haven't done anything yet.

I'm trying to find the perfect PG build but I am interested in having multiple careers for career mode and pro am.

I'll keep posting new builds.

How do you guys figure out the level caps?

I think you just go to attribute upgrades and up the category to the top. It will say Shot Close 61+33. Add it and you have the cap. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I like where most attributes were capped, but yeah I agree athleticism should've been given a slightly higher cap for all positions. I mean our nickname is "Freq".

I still can't decide how to make my guy. I don't want to be cheesed online but it looks like with these caps it's going to be harder to do no matter what I choose
