I made an inside 6'8 pf at 220, then the same one at 270 pounds. The added weight didn't change any ratings. Then i made the same 220 one with max wingspan, that didn't change ratings either although i'm guessing it still helps animation-wise getting to rebounds and blocks and such if you have long arms.

So to answer your question it doesn't look like weight matters.

For anyone interested in the max caps for SF 6'8 inside & balanced, SF 6'6 inside, PF inside 6'8 & 6'7. Or if you want to get an idea of the difference between inside and balanced for a SF or what 1 inch does for an inside PF here you go:

SG 6'7 balanced, out and inside
PG 6'7 balanced, out and inside
SG 6'6 balanced
SF 6'7 balanced, out and inside

Yes very slow. You just have to get back on D soon as you score a bucket. The real downside is chasing down when the other team steals and runs in transition. On ball D isn't too bad as long as you stick with your man and bump him.

Its why I'm thinking of downsizing to 6'10" PF.

In saying that, you are way stronger and it definitely feels like it on the court.

I had a 6'8 Inside SF but a lot of the time I kept just getting ripped as I would go up for a layup. I had to remake. It was irking me too much. It's funny because in HS and college it never happened. I dominated in college avg 34 ppg, 6 rpg, 1.5 apg, 3 bpg, and 1.5 spg and went 1st overall. After rookie season, I just got ripped about 30-40% of the time I went up for a layup near another player.

Hey guys,

When looking at big men, I'm wondering what the major stat cap differences are between a 6'11 Inside C vs a 7'1 Inside C.

I doubt there would be much difference skill wise, but maybe some minor differences in speed, vertical, acceleration and possibly strength.

The front page has a 6'10 and 6'11 PF and the difference in the physical stats is about 6 points (68 down to 62). With the 7'3 C at 55 for physical caps.

So I'm assuming that it might go:
7'3 = 55
7'2 = 57
7'1 = 58
7'0 = 60
6'11 = 62
6'10 = 68

But I can't be certain, and if thats the case then the difference between 6'11 and 7'1 as a C would not be as much as the difference between a 6'11 to 6'10 PF.

So anybody got any solid figures on this?
