Well lets make sure the 2K devs will see this thread and hear about this. This needs to be patched for the PS4, no excuses, no waiting till 2K17 for this to "maybe" get fixed.

They've known about this for years, they aren't planning on fixing it. Why I have no F-ing clue, it's a HUGE downer.

This is really disappointing. I don't want to play less than 12 minute quarters but I also don't want to miss all the nice presentation stuff they have added. Can't believe it doesn't work again this year.

This must be a daunting task they don't feel is worth it. Completely sucks for offline guys who want to play 12 minutes.

No desire to play online ranked or team up or pro am or whatever else. The highlights were something that really immersed me in the games

Wanted to update this thread. Don't know if this can be continually replicated. Good and still bad news.

Managed to get the end of quarter and halftime highlights back, however, it required me to close out of the entire game OR was it turn off my PS4 system? Don't recall which one it was. However, this was just for one game. I would need to play a second game to see if the halftime highlights stay put. However, unfortunately, I still never get the end of game highlights.

Those halftime highlights definitely makes watching the halftime show experience several folds better. Both halftime and postgame highlights absolutely must be fixed and stable to give the gamer a more fulfilling experience. As it stands now, the experience is lacking despite the beauty seen on the court.

Damn man.. I have both xb1 and ps4.. I got it for ps4 because of the better performance and quality.. But I got it for ps4 already.. I played 6 minute quarter game against my friend last night, busted his *** with Curry and there were highlights.

This is a major blow.. There has to be a workaround. Is there a way to disable the share button and game recording? Has anyone tried that to see if it effects the highlights with 12 min quarters?

Well, Sony can stop it - during certain games, namely MGS Ground Zeros, the record function stops with a little notification during cutscenes.

Not sure why they can't give user the option.

That was my experience last year as well, if i played consecutive games replays would be there for the first and not the second, not sure if just closing the game works, I believe you have to shut down the system.

2K's silence in this whole matter is pretty weak. Just come out and say the problem still exists and you're either working on it or it's something that cannot be fixed.

But don't just disrespect & ignore us and leave us in the dark like this...

Such a big disappointment because the game plays so well and what's worse is that no one from 2k is acknowledging that it's a problem or that they are working on it to find a solution.

they worked in 2k14, didn't work in 2k15....2k16 ?
