Got this fix working. Thanks a lot Mauro. Cannot believe this was overlooked by 2K.
As far as the CPU offensive play calling set to auto, tried that also just for fun, not really seeing that make a lot of difference yet.

with AUTO setting ON what I'm seeing is that CPU now will protect the paint in a realistic way. jus finished playing okc against cpu bucks. they double kd every single time after he crosses half court. the bucks defensive scheme is to make everyone score except kd. wow ... he ended up with triple double and okc won by a point. i called fist 19 with kd at point and before the two bigs came to screen, the double alredy came!
in the prev game against nuggets, double team was less frequent and score 30 plus points.
some impt key notes to play out of the double team:
1. pass out before the double reaches u
2. u can still post him up but yor low post moves have to be fast before the double comes

I think Auto will call offensive plays based on the percentage the coach uses in the settings. I don't put my Defense on auto, because the randomness in which they choose to leave a player open. My center could be guarding the opposing center under the basket and just leave him to double a perimeter player 25 feet away, that just stupid. Doubles should come from the nearest and unless you are Steph Curry go ahead and take that 30 footer.
I also like my POE on auto and I love the randomness of the POE on offense. Every time i inbound the ball I click right on the D-Pad to see what the coach wants done on this possession, I treat it like him hollering from the sideline. Right click play through "Randle" I'm like OK So I'll call a randle play. Next time right click "Randle" so I say lets see if the "smart play" lines up with the POE. So I click up on the D pad thinking this has to before Randle right? so there is synergy with POE and Smart Play.
I still love it however just POE check for Off/Def keeps the game fresh for me and doesn't allow me to spam with 1 or 2 players, I like that it gets everyone involve. Oh with one caveat if you have your coaches settings to Neutral and not through the star player, if he is sub out you get some randomness.Last edited by Impetuous65; 11-11-2015, 11:46 AM.Comment
