Derrick is bricker machine so and derozan is not that good look at PO and his chokes moment when they give him or derrick better shoots they will be unstopable because in the paint they are beast in the game

Bigs can cover to much ground on defense(they are too fast)

Late contest on laups matter too much.

    Random blocks doing pumpfakes.

Leaning shots for guys who have catch and shoot badge should be removed.

Obviously I'm biased as a Sixers fan, but I don't see how Okafor isn't an 80 overall consistently.

He's a better free throw shooter/mid to close range shooter than they said, he's not a bad rebounder, and when someone drives at him he's a good defender.

We just played the Raptors, and in that game Derozan showed how good his mid range shot is. Even in the post he can hit fades with ease.
I don't wanna be Jordan, I don't wanna be Bird or Isiah, I don't wanna be any of those guys.
I want to look in the mirror and say I did it my way.

I honestly don't like the guy who does these ratings.... Some of them make ABSOLUTELY no sense... prime example of this is D Rose, like you said, his mid range is good, he can hit that pull up. But nah, its in the 60's. And he also bumped Derricks defense down, which if you looked at the stats, he's done a pretty good job on his matchup. I know there's tons of more examples out there haha but whatever man

            From 16-23 feet Kristaps has a .490 FG%
            Dirk is at .459

However from 10ft to 16ft Dirk Shooting percentage is .516
            while Kristaps is .352

Derrick Rose from 10 to 16 feet is .583
However from 16 to 23 feet is .267

I think the roster maker is using the FG% from 16 to 23 feet for the rating.

Ok? does 27 games outweigh 17 years in the league?

Yes. Because it's current version of Dirk. You want historic version, try retro Dirk. It's called NBA 2K16 for a reason.

But that doesnt account for the fact Dirk's shots from those ranges will be heavily contested/fallaways.

If was able to shoot open jumpers from there he'd shoot 70%.

Correct. They use 16-23 ft data for mid range and 10-16 for close shots.

At some point you have to put down a damn stat sheet and watch a basketball game. Derozan and Rose's Mid-Range ratings are wrong, just straight up wrong.

Rose's jump shot is not that great it never was that good it has been average at best. Man the last few years Rose jumper has been subpar like a weakness of his. What games have you been watching? I am not going to say every rating is absolutely right but you are wrong for caping for below average shooters.

What you are seeing is highlights of a small sample of a good game. I have also seen Rondo hit 6 threes in a game lol

                        DeMar

deep two's 16-23ft is shooting 33% this year
Last season deep twos's 16-23 ft he shot 35% uhh he is not that great of a shooter I am sure he will tell you that he is not a great shooter either.

Can he get hot yeah but his jumper is not that great.

                        Rose,
Shooting 29% from 16-23 ft this year
Last year 38% from 16-23 ft

The only thing they really need to add is open and contested ratings and perhaps some individual stepback type ratings

I don't understand why Tim Duncan is still rated so high.

Which is why Dirk (probably) has Deadeye, Shot Creator and Fade Ace.
