The ref holding the ball for 10 seconds on the inbound has been in the game for at least 10 years. It was already in 2K5, crazy.

Re: NBA 2K17 Screenshot - Jimmy Butler
2K can't seem to get players shoulders right. They have players shoulders looking slumped over smh. Most players in the NBA have pronounced shoulders. It's almost as if 2K has the players models looking like NFL players (huge traps, slumped shoulders, etc..) Then they have players like CP3 & Kyle Lowrey with shoulders that are too big smh. Their body scan system needs to be overhauled.
I don't want them going back to a situation where everyone has high boxed shoulders where it's at the same plane as their traps. That's not a good look either. It's better to have some slope-ness to the shoulders than not because this is more realistic. That doesn't mean I like the way Jimmy Butler's 2k17 model looks. It's one of the most unappealing pics I've seen from 2k. There is an over excessive slumped to 2k17's Butler's shoulder.

It's amazing that this one screenshot has more comments than the madden review, access trial article, and impressions article combined. And people wonder why 2k still releases screenshots. Just look at the attention these pictures are getting. Imagine what will happen when a trailer, gameplay news, and game mode info releases.Comment

I don't think these screenshot threads would be this long if we were happy with what we saw, most would say "ok these look good now where's the gameplay info" but since most don't like what they see it keeps these threads going with complaints and worry and with 2k being quiet its not helping the situation.Comment

If the 'Dream Lives On' trailer is anything to go by, then the player models seem alright. These screenshots leave a lot to be desired though......we held several meetings to discuss the future of the franchise. After going through those meetings, it became very clear that the vision I had for the game was different from where the leadership wanted to take it. I parted ways with EA shortly after...Comment

Its only so many comments because people dont have crap else to talk about.
A Triple A game and all people have is a freaking screenshot..
While the devs cant say anything because marketing wants to throw the game out like theyre the ones who did it later on.Comment

Amazing? People enjoy making fun of people they don't like. Sure, we like the game but, most of the posts are about the absurdity of how they release terrible screenshots. Internet forums are the perfect place to do this anonymously and 2k provides the ammunition. When the gameplay releases it will be.."it's about damn time".
