Hey guys,

I made some games with my 2m12/ 113 kilos center paint protector and i'm getting some frustration. Regularly, I get owned in the rebound by the other centers who are max height. My center is 95, max agility and strength and I feel like I shouldn't lose that much rebounds.

Same **** in def, sometimes, they take contested standing lay-up and it still goes in.

The only advantages is my mobility to cover and the fast break but I start to regret not to have taken max height. It seems really simpler.

What are your feelings about it?

My lockdown defender has been amazing since he's been used at power forward, our PG has been putting me on all kinds of matchups from point guards to centers. The archetype is like a young Dennis Rodman, my guy is 6'8 200 pounds but my strength rating is pretty high and only player that can give me a bit of trouble is the 7'3 post scorer but I run them off the court when they have to guard me. I got player of the half the other day without scoring a point lol, and last night I got to play at small forward for the first time in about 15 games.

Who said LDD can't score?





This was against a 6'10 250 pound point forward, he didn't get the memo that trying to take a LDD off the dribble without screens isn't smart.

My lockdown defender has been amazing since he's been used at power forward, our PG has been putting me on all kinds of matchups from point guards to centers. The archetype is like a young Dennis Rodman, my guy is 6'8 200 pounds but my strength rating is pretty high and only player that can give me a bit of trouble is the 7'3 post scorer but I run them off the court when they have to guard me. This was against a 6'10 250 pound point forward, he didn't get the memo that trying to take a LDD off the dribble without screens isn't smart.

Make him 6'8 if you're going to play small forward, my guy has 80 speed, 81 lateral quickness, 81 acceleration, 68 strength (not maxed yet) and 83 vertical. When I boost him I get +5 in most of those categories, I have a 77 rebound ontop of all that too lol.

I have gold defensive stopper and my guy has a force field around him that causes the guy I'm guarding to throw the ball out of bound sometimes.

You need 150 good contests on shots and 25 good transition defenses.


Basically turn the ball over on purpose, then get back on defense and be the first one back in the paint.

6'8 going to be able to guard/boxout 90 strength centers?

Idk where to rant about pro am so i guess its here. There are just so many bugs omg! Has anyone successfully played 2 games back to back without getting a network error? Pro am literellay crashed my entire system yo! Yes may game crashed after a Pro am game then I got kicked out my party chat and then my network went down on my system and it was telling me "LAN cable unplugged" when it was not at all.

Another thing I want to gripe about is this dumb patch! I CAN NO LONGER HIT AN OPEN 3. Before the patch my lock down defender was DEADLY from corner pocket. If you leave me open GREEN LIGHTS! Everyone in the park knew to fair me when I stepped on the court, but now? in Pro am, in the park, in my court, anywhere MISSED SHOT! I absolutely cannot hit a dead on open 3 nor get a green light any more.I have played insane amount of hours playing this game and I tell you what, I want to play the game I started playing. I have never enjoyed 2k as much as I was enjoying it before the patch.

I also get ripped easy (like last year when a big grabs the ball after a rebound). I hate how they made the behind the back dribble an automatic turnover again. I hate how again everybody can block every dang dunk again. Like idk what they did but the game just not fun anymore and back to being frustrating and annoying.

This is my build too - was talking about it before the game came out lol. It's precisely as I planned. Although I kind of hate you for spreading the word. Shh I don't want it to become popular. That would be Lame.

How were you even hitting 3s? The stat caps are garbage. It's realistic that you aren't.

Anyone noticed this glitch in the pro am? The game will say my name after I score but then say "assisted by (insert my name) " instead of the guy that actually passed me the ball

Another year, another 1st month of broken walk on. Not only do games start with upwards of 5 computers on teams but when you actually finish the game? No rep will be given to you.

This is unacceptable and even if it was broken at the start, it should of been fixed already. If they can beta test so people buy VC without problems then I'm sure they could of played 1 pro am game to the end and check if everything worked as advertised.

I despise the park but need those 2 extra upgrades so walk on is the only other option, or so I thought.
