Still waiting on opening night rosters to start up my Lakers MyLeague. And I'm still holding out hope that they fix the assistant coaches. I want to have Brian Shaw as the assistant not Paul Pressley. He reminds me of the Byron Scott days lol.

I am in year three with the Suns, and I have this as my following lineup:
pg: eric bledsoe
sg: devin booker
sf: carmelo anthony
pf: paul millsap
c: hassan whiteside

Bench
c: dragan bender
sf: warren
pf: taj gibson
f: chriss
Whiteside was injured for the season, and we are now in the first round of the playoffs vs. the clippers.

After my second season, the NBA voted to cut the minutes down in the game to eight, and then it added a 35 second shot clock with 6 seconds to cross half court. I love it!!!

I just passed the All Star break, but I just ran into a weird bug, so I'm in a holding pattern at the moment.

Basically, I decided a few days ago that I wanted to move the Trade Deadline back passed the All Star break, to give me a a little more time to make moves since I control all 32 teams. That is normally no problem with the Trade Deadline on/off option. When I passed the deadline turned the option to off and spent a few hours today coming up with a bunch of trades to choose from. Then I get on tonight and there's no option for trades. The Trade Deadline option is set to off, but it stays on.

I had three files with my other two on dates past the deadline and I the the on/off option didn't work on any of them either. I even started a new MyLeague and simmed it to one day past the deadline and it wouldn't turn off on that file either, even though I was past the All[Star game when I was working on trades earlier.

I tried to go offline to see if there was some sort of new update or something, but that didn't work either. Deadline deals are one of my favorite things about the season, and I'm not sure if I want to continue on without them or re-start with a new team. This sucks.... if anyone can think of anything else I can try please let me know.

Apologies if I read this wrong and you've already tried this, but have tried turning the trade deadline off before you get anywhere near it? If you control all the teams, you can leave it off all season and just now not to make trades after whatever date you had in mind.

So I wanted to play with the Warriors for some strange reason, and I still wanted to play with some of the youth of the league. So what I decided to do was play an 82 gm season (Yes I play every game), I also made myself the GM of the Los Angeles Lakers.

At the end of this season I will be making an expansion franchise, however I havent put much thought into the branding. My main focus as of now has been making the inaugural season one that will be fun and somewhat realistic. Im not a trade junky I like to build from within.

I havent played much because I work some insane hours. However, to start the season my Warriors edged out the Spurs by three when Durant came off a screen and hit a game-winning three pointer with 4.2 seconds remaining in the game.

Durant scored a game hi 36 points and pulled down 12 boards, while Steph chimed in with 26 and Klay with 22. Draymond managed to have a 16pt, 8reb game.

As for my Lakers, we are deciding to roll with the youngster Brandon Ingram as the 6th/7th man. With D'Angelo - Nick Young - Luol Deng - Julius Randle - Mozgov as the starters. Clarkson and Ingram will be my leaders of the second unit.

I have no plans to upgrade rosters for either team atm. And I would love to see my Warrior bench get an added boost from somewhere, however, I will be more geared to just playing with the team as is.

Draymond Green did suffer a minor injury in game 1, as Green suffered a broken nose after taking an elbow to the face.

Hopefully Lakers game can be updated at some point tomorrow.

0-1 with PHI following a 110-102 L (6 mins played normalized to 12 mins simmed) to OKC! Westbrook dropped 44 while Okafor put up 28. Ben Simmons finished with 8 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

Golden Ages | Lakers & Warriors Updates

- Golden State won their first game behind big games from Klay, Curry, Durant. They will be back in action upon the next update. Draymond Green will be nursing a broken nose for the next 2-4 weeks.

- Lakers hosted the Rockets. Russell, Clarkson, and Randle all had big games, however, it was Brandon Ingram whom shined for the Lakers despite losing to the Rockets whom were led by the Eric Gordon. Ingram showed flashes of excellence.

Currently 7-8 with the Rockets. In games play I am 2-1, with wins over Blazers and Lakers, and a loss to the Spurs. I have made two moves, and now like my team, probably won't make any more this season. I traded Trevor Ariza for Rudy Gobert, and love him. He is great in the pick and roll, and is great at protecting the rim. I then moved Eric Gordon to SF, and he is great. Hits every open three I have with him. However, my 2nd unit was struggling scoring the ball, so I traded Pablo Prigioni for Kay felder. Felder had 12 points in the one game I have played with him so far. Hoping to get into the playoffs as a 5-8 seed, and getting to at least the 2nd round.

In the offseason I got a sitdown meeting with Kevin Durant. He wanted to know if he could join my team.

Did you legitimately get Gobert for just Ariza? Or with trade over ride on.
