The only "right" area might be real fg% even the people that play that way are saying they had to tweak the sliders to bring the FG% down.
Now for the shot stick users everything else is about getting it close so that the majority of people that play close to simulation manner get FG%'s close to real stats with some reasonable variation.
This year there are a lot of variables thrown in the mix shooting is a little bit easier this year alone from a control standpoint. It is also easier to get open off of playbook penetration, screens etc. Then when you heat up when the double team starts to come you can easily pick apart the AI.
I still say the best way to determine if shooting is too easy or hard is play the same team over again multiple times to see which "average" or below average shooters keep hitting shots game after game.
I know this is strictly simulation sliders but something is wrong with how the CPU is running in transition and jacking up threes. They are doing it too much for teams that don't even play uptempo like that. I played the Cav's multiple times and the Cav's were doing this against me. The Cav's were playing way too fast. The Cav's don't play fast but they do shoot a lot of threes. Something is wrong with this.
I know I am not the only one experiencing this.
