Hate the concept of retired jerseys meaning you can no longer wear the number again.

Wish Kyrie could get that #2 or at least #10. #11 looks weird.

I LOOOOVE that we can hit contested shots again. Hasn't been since like 2k12 that stars could hit contested shots. People been so emamoured by the rule of "if I contest he has to miss or its bs, and if I'm open I have to score" that 2k made it pretty much binary in terms of how offense goes.

Of course, it'd be nice to have shot contest ratings matter more now and also ensuring that shot timing doesn't trump contest and shot quality or else the game will be Steph Curry sprinting fadeaway 3's every match.

Sorry to interrupt the party fellas but by observing this trailer, it looks like audio and atmosphere will continue to be a huge weakness this year.

Bringing in 2 "break-in" commentators might be great and refreshing for a quick 2 minute video, but can be hell of repetitive and annoying down the road, throughout multiple 82-game seasons.

If commentating AI (e.g. Siri, Bixby) is not incorporated then i'm so sorry but 2 features (as much as I love Mamba and Big Ticket) is just a bold mistreatment in that department, a quick manner of "rounding corners" and overall just dismal effort at best.

My biggest disappointment, is the fact the conversations are not even recorded within a crowded ambiance; it can obviously be noticed that KG and Kobe are seated in an isolated booth with K. Harlen - which takes away a ton from the authenticity of presentation, as they would probably be introduced as co-commentators who are watching the action live within the arena.

Important to mention that nothing's new under the sun in the crowd-atmosphere (or rather lack thereof) department either, as the Staples Center's response to Kyrie's big shot felt very similar 2k17's rather miserable auditory reactions.

Great video... It would be nice to see if any improvements have been made to presentation like the half time and post game shows

We hope thats the case but this may be a little premature. I'm with you on the hype of the possibility though...

Maybe I am sleepy and will watch again but it just gave me a 2K11 feel.

Seemed like the movement was on point and you could do exactly what you want.

Glad Kobe is cool with getting involved games like he is. 2K should have tried to get him to talk to Odom and Fisher about being in the game lol. Looking forward to hearing KG just as much as Kobe.

Fisher is in. He's on the all time Lakers. I assume he'll be added to the appropriate classic teams. Would love for Odom to be added. I want to be able to add either 09' or 10' Lakers squad.

good or bad, i like how each subsequent 2K is a "refined" version of the previous year/iteration... this trailer, from what little we saw, looks/feels like what 2k17 should have been... hopefully that really is the case.

Well, Bynum. I know it's two people that supposedly was a reason for no '09 or '10 team. Honestly, I wouldn't care if Bynum was on the team or not.
