I'm going to create a Lockdown Shot Creating Center today or tomorrow(feel like there might be a pre-all star break roster update coming up so i might start after that).
Not sure on which team i want to sign him too. Like PG, not too many teams have a dire need at Center and i dont want to a top team like Cleveland or GS. My main 3 options are Bucks, Wizards, and Suns. Bucks were my orignal choice because supporting cast on starting 5 and easy job. But i feel my build doesn't fit their need at center. I think a Rim Protector/Finisher is the better fit for Bucks because you don't really want to take the ball away from other starters on that offense. Wizards are an option because Gortat was on trading block. Good defensive backcourt, Wall isn't a prolific scorer, so need another scorer on starting 5 . Only thing is lack of consistent 3pt shooters outside of Beal. Suns might be my top option. Young talent with talent. My build will fit in nicely and quickly become 2nd scorer. Bender and Chriss help space the floor and would give space for me in post. Another option could be Portland. Similar to Washington.
But most likely be Suns

Created a Shot Creating Rim Protector Center for Suns. I had 94K VC saved up so was to get my key ratings high and my OVR up to 74 Ovr. In my first NBA game, i had 11 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 blocks in 14 minutes on Hall of Fame. It was a better game than i expected.

Created a Shot Creating Rim Protector Center for Suns. I had 94K VC saved up so was to get my key ratings high and my OVR up to 74 Ovr. In my first NBA game, i had 11 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 blocks in 14 minutes on Hall of Fame. It was a better game than i expected.

Good build if you're running just career. I don't think that build would be too optimal for online play, IMO.

I'm just running a career. If I were to do online play, I would do a pure build and play as a role player.
It will take a little while to learn how to play as a shot creator on offense as a Center. I think the best build for the way i play would be Athletic Rim Protector. But i like the badges you can gain and shot creator as a Center has a decent all round offense. I think Mid Range fully maxes at 80-82 and will Silver Mid Range Deadeye is a good pair, post badges, hustle Rebounder, difficult shots, posterizer.

Ok. It’s my yearly “my career for dummies” question. My PNO season is winding down and I want to ask these questions earlier this year.

I’m old I don’t understand this mode. I got into last year during the summer so atleast I know somewhat what is going on.

Either way, it looks like everything is completely changed from last year in terms on menus and where everything is.

Basically I’m going to have at least 200,000 VC by the time I’m done PNO. I want to buy as much attributes/skills etc to get my guy better faster.

I tried looking around the neighbourhood last night but couldn’t find anything.

Where do I go to buy all of this stuff ? My guy is the default 69 ovr right now. I want to spend as much VC as I can to get that ovr as high as possible.

Where do I buy attributes ?
Where do I buy jumpshots/dribbles etc ?
Where do I buy clothes? (Compression pants, headband etc etc).

Thanks ahead of time.

Ps: I only plan on playing park and walk in Pro-Am.

Press Triangle or Y and it should bring up the menu. There will be a big yellow box that says Attributes.

Scroll down and press X or A now you can move the yellow bars to upgrade your attributes. Press Y or Triangle to buy VC.

Go to MyPlayer Lab in the same menu to access the queue for editing your players animations. Go to signature animations to buy your animations. There are also default animations you can try before buying animations.

If you are a 75 OVR you don't need to buy jumpshots as their will be a Jumpshot Creator with all animations(highly recommended you do all your player ratings upgrades before getting your jumpshot).

For clothes, 1 main rule. NBA Store for MyCareer accessories. Swag's for Pro-Am/Neighborhood accessories. NBA Store has basically NBA equipment for the Neighborhood while Swag's has more normal clothing for the Neighborhood. Highly recommended to do all your player rating upgrades before buying these aesthetics.

If I want to play with my buddies, I shouldn't have to do anything more than create a locker room. I should be able to queue up any multiplayer game mode from my lobby.

I became a starter for Suns in my 9th game and faced the Knicks. It was a blowout for the start. We didn't make a FG until 5:00 left in 1st Quarter and was down 21-1. Enes Kanter Rebound ratings is ridiculous, he snatched down everything. In my 11th game against the Nets, I had my best game. I had 30 points, 22 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1 block. I am now averaging 14 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks.

After that game, I got the Defensive stopper and Brick Wall bronze badges. I should be able to get Hustle Rebounder during next practice, and getting close to Rim Protector

Why is double rep only one day? I couldn’t even take advantage of it because I had to work. I’m thinking it was for the weekend but when i played a game just now it’s back to regular xp? What was the point?
