I want a scorer but also someone that can play a little D, o don’t want a Doug McDermott type.

Contract wise I am ok with taking on some money as I plan on building via the draft and my young guys such as LaVine, Markkanen and Grantunn

Read an article about Okafor being a fit for the Bucks in wake of them dealing Monroe. That interests me. What kind of deal you think it would take. Vaughn second rounders?

          I'd say a pair of 2nd's or Vaughn and a 2nd

As a Bucks fan I find it interesting. I know the exact article you speak of and tbh I’m a bit confused by it actually. From a fit standpoint there are many parallels to Monroe.Monroe we found wasn’t much of a fit, his lack of defense average rebounding ability for a big man paired with his ability to congest the lane offensively all were negatives to what the team needed. Now you add yet another individual who attacks the rim in Bledsoe, you expect Jabari back later this year why would this team want a player filling the middle so frequently. In a perfect world Thon IRL becomes a capable big man offering the ultimate spacing w/o sacrificing too much, I’m not as high on him as everyone locally here is but let’s wait and see.Monroe was a quality passer at times and a likeable teammate, don’t want to say he was horrible because he wasn’t.I think Okafor is a good player, but only for the right team.If I’m bringing him to MKE, its strictly to offer scoring on my 2nd unit, because we need it.

That said I’d think Vaughn and a pair of 2nds would get it done too.

I think the Bucks would benefit much better from a guy like Kyle O Quinn, or even a Dewayne Dedmon in the starting role.

I plan to restart my season now that we have Bledsoe and I may look to acquire one of the 2 mentioned and utilize Thon & Brogdon off the bench to take the 2nd unit scoring load.

My 8 year old son restarted his last night. He traded Teletovic & a 2019 2nd to New Orleans for Asik & a 2020 top 10 protected 1st.While Asik adds more salary and an extra year of $, that pick is additional ammo for a move later and in the short term Asik offers him top level rebounding.

I am not looking at any ratings, but here are a few names I see

Will Barton (nuggets) - He is going to want a new contract at the end of year and they just paid Gary Harris a lot of $. You can test him out the rest of the year and see how it goes.

Bogdanovic (pacers) - He is a offense only guy so he might not fit, but would be easy to get

Heat - They are loaded at wing with players on bad contracts like Johnson, Waiters, Richardson and could use some draft picks even if its 2nd rounders.

Is there any chance to get Winslow from the Heat to the Knicks?

I'm the Knicks and want to build up a defensive mindset and he would fit that perfectly. Plus the Heat have a lot of guys for his position and they really played better last year when he was out.
Or is there a guy you believe would fit that also? An energy guy who can play the 3, right now I play with Beasley there but I can't get anything going with him on either end of the court.

To me you have to look at Okafor's trade value in 2K a little different then you do in real life. Even though he is rated 73 overall he is a good scorer so if he is user controlled and given minutes he will easily score 15-20 a game. I think for me is averaging 13 a game in around 18 minutes a game with mostly CPU using him.

In real life the 76ers would make that trade in terms of 2K Vaughn will never pass Simmons or Covington so I don't see how he could ever see the court. They already have a young SF in Justin Anderson on the bench if one of them gets hurt. While its a fair trade on the surface I don't how it really makes the 76ers better. Vaughn is also on the last year of his rookie deal like Okafor.

I do like the fit of Winslow on the knicks since they need a SF The heat have a lot of holes in the roster and like you said loaded at wing.

Would you want to take one of there bad contracts to get Winslow ? If so you could offer the smaller expiring deals of some of the knicks scrub guys.

They could use a backup PG, but that's not anything the Knicks can offer. I don't see any reason why they would take on the contracts of Thomas, Lee or Noah. Kanter isn't a fit since they have Whiteside and Olynk.

So to me that leaves O'Quinn (should be able to play PF) and a draft pick since the heat have like one total draft pick in the next 5 years or something crazy like that.

I'm the Bulls with default(opening night) rosters. Looking to try and get Malachi Richardson from the Kings. The trade finder isn't coming up with anything for him.

Any fair trades the Kings would take for him? Only guys I'd really not part with are LaVine and Lauri.

                      Thanks!

The kings don't need any of the Bull's PF and I believe Richardson is rated about 70. So maybe Valentine that way he can split time with Jackson.

Valentine's value is pretty low and Richardson gets no run at all -- the Kings absolutely have a ton of prospects (and few, if any, sure-things in that list). I think a straight swap of the two would be solid for both sides.

Admittedly, were I the Kings, I wouldn't do the trade -- I think Jackson is already a better player than Valentine and he's much younger. Richardson, though not seeing any minutes, is also more valuable than Valentine just based on his youth and relatively unknown potential.

Valentine being an "older" young player (24 I think) makes his value lower than normal -- combine that with fact Valentine is stuck in Chicago (dysfunctional to say the least) and his value for the Kings isn't there for me.

But, since Richardson isn't getting any run and Valentine has some NBA skills (namely his shooting and his passing, even if his defense is quite poor), I think you could convince the Kings to do the trade ... I would suggest tossing in a future 2nd rounder to sweeten that deal (say, 2020) and roll with it.
                          Any comments are welcome.

Winslow for Porzingis straight up sounds about right [emoji16][emoji57]

I'm in need of a pure scorer/ go-to scorer on my Heat squad. Does anyone have any ideas on who I can trade for? I'm willing to part ways with anyone except for Whiteside, Dragic, James Johnson, Richardson, & Bam. Would prefer to keep Ellington & Winslow but I can part ways if needed.

As of now I just go with the hot hand. Sometimes Dragic is on, sometimes Waiters, Richardson - but I need someone I can rely on consistently. Would love the player to be defensive orientated as well but I can bypass that in order to get someone lethal on the offensive end.

I'm thinking no draft picks to send away will likely make this move tough.

Im off to a 6-0 start in my Spurs MyLeague but Tony Parker has been awful, 33% FG, 20% 3PT, 67% FT and an Opp FG of 56.7%, i decided to try and trade for a 3 and D PG, after a bit of back and forth with the Bucks this is what they will agree to

Imo other then takin on dellys contract.... the spurs win this trade by a landslide! (If your sqaud is playing anything close to how spurs play irl) that 1st rounder will be 20th or lower(probably 25th or lower!) Jet still balls out(in 2k land) delly should be equal to Parker if not better.... and you get a r.o.y!

                                Brogdon+Leonard+L.a. = a big 3....spurs style!
