My initial reaction is that I feel like you're giving too much. I get that you want to get rid of Chandler and Knight but I feel like you could get something better since you're probably giving up a quality pick. Okafor is good in 2k but in real life he's not going to get anything close to a top pick. Although, like I said, I get that this move is mostly a salary dump.
For Philly, I actually do like both players on Philly. Knight gives them an okay scorer off of the bench and Chandler's leadership and toughness would be a welcomed addition to any young team. However, the downside is that they have a lot of C/PF's already so I'm not sure they need Chandler. Maybe if they flipped Amir Johnson? However, playing time wise I'd still have Chandler would be behind Embiid (obviously) and Holmes as well. Also, even more of a problem is Knight's contract. It is pretty bad, but I feel like the pick would make it worth it for them. Plus, I believe Chandler's contract comes off the books before Philly has to resign their young guys and Knight's pretty close as well, so I think they take on the cap for the extra asset.
With all of that said, I still think maybe you could find something better. Maybe flip Chandler to a playoff team for an expiring deal and attach a future first to get someone to take Knight. That way you keep your 2018 pick. At the very least. if you really want to make this trade, then maybe make it Top 5 or 10 protected instead (7 would be perfect, imo). I feel like Top 3 is too much, especially since the West is so tough.
