Despite the bitching I actually like the game lol. I still play full games when I get a chance. I just need to find a nice roster since I'm picky. I'm not a fan of messing with sliders as I just want a nice edited roster without changing any sliders.

I always felt that if you nudge one slider it effects something else. Its the ol' NFL2k effect...coincidently it was searching for a nice slider set for NFL2k what brought me here to OS years ago.

Honestly some you have to like offensive rebounding because its been so bad for so long.

All in all I'll tweak my game to my own liking and play to my hearts content, forget what these people on the internet are talking about.

Game still plays great when it's two sim heads going against each other.



I love what they've done with the expanded post game. If they could just bring back running hookshots and the ability to draw fouls after a pumpfake the post game would be complete.


The things that could really take this game to the next level are the ability to put your defender in jail, a way to snake dribble that doesn't let the defense cover two options at once (the mid range and pass to the roller) and standing floaters for big men.

Yep. It would take care of a lot of the "I'm just gonna ram my player into you to steal the ball" type situations players online like to do.

I wound up playing 2K18 mostly on the Switch. It was nice to take 2K on the road when I traveled for work. Playing at 30 fps isn't bad, but you do notice the difference when you boot up the PS4/XB1 version of the game.
