Agreed, he should have the "fat/big butt" body type they assigned Exum last year. His body type seems to be pretty inaccurate, sadly. [emoji53]

Does anybody else find it weird that what’s supposed to be the most authentic basketball game on the market doesn’t have the Nike NBA shooting sleeves for a 2nd year in a row

Does the Nike branding matter that much? It isn't on any of the gear (upper or lower body). It shouldn't be a real deal breaker seeing as the art team has added and improved the accessories over the last few years, IMO.

Yes, for authenticity purposes it would be nice. That importance is severely lessened seeing as retro teams and players also share the same gear.

Would be weird seeing Bill Russell, Julius Erving, Magic Johnson, Tim Duncan, etc. rocking Nike branded accessories....

                  STRENGTHS
Ranked 2nd among PGs in DRPM thanks to his elite steal rate. Ranked 14th in ORPM with an A/T ratio ranking 3rd in the league. Quietly one of the best backup PGs in the league, and poised for a breakout. Jeff Teague's days as a starter could be numbered.

                  WEAKNESSES
Isn't quite there as a shot creator. Lacks the size and athleticism to be a truly great one-on-one defender.

Live has the sleeves, I'm just curious as to why 2K feels like they don't need to have them.

Far as retro players, that's why you have plain accessories and branded ones. Old school players don't even really wear sleeves like that anyway.

Actually yeah, considering he hasn't been updated since his rookie season in 2015... There's no excuse for them to not update players hairstyles for 3 or more years. This isn't complaining about any and everything, keeping up with player accuracy is real issue with 2K.

To be completely honest I don't even notice the branded sleeves in real life. Does every player sporting a sleeve where the Nike brand? Does it vary from player to player? I have no idea. I know a lot of you are into accessories and everything being as accurate as possible I just wonder how many people playing the game would actually notice and care about the authenticity of accessories.

Considering some of the other short comings in the art department (player likeness, jersey accuracy, stadium lighting, the look of courts, etc) branded sleeves is probably the least of their worries.

Yeah, every arm sleeve and I'm pretty sure all other accessories have the Nike logo. At the least, they could add the NBA logo, but considering all the other issues you mentioned, adding a logo to sleeves seems really simple compared to them. But I have no idea, I thought adding goggles and face masks seemed simple, but I was wrong. This is my last time talking about art in here before I get in trouble again lol

I definitely think 2k should strive to be as authentic as possible (including sleeves etc.) , but if you held a gun to my head I don't think I could name all the Spurs players accessories....some guys just have an eye for that stuff, lol
