I usually make a tall sf but imo they seem nerfed bad. I'm playing with a 6'9 slasher rn and it's ok but extremely limited. I can score at will but that's against AI.

I tried a 6'9 inside out scorer, tryna replicate my 6'10 pure shot creator...but idk the dribbling seems super slow now.

A little disappointed rn, only because I feel like at a 99 I cant dominate.

So at the moment my best build is a 6'7 sg 3 level scorer. I'm thinking the sf might be a specialized build. Where you're gonna be good at 1 thing or suffer tryna be good at a lot.

I'm in the same boat. Last couple years I've gone with a SF Sharpshooting Lockdown, but judging from the 2K20 builder, I'll be switching to SG.


All the SF builds I tried were so-so, whereas I made a fantastic 2-Way slashing Playmaker at Shooting Guard.

Favorite build so far is two way sharp. Attribute potential is a little of everything, 80s in the shooting categories, 80s in defending, mid 70s driving layup/dunk, mid 70 ball handling. Went 6’6 but I want to see what a taller build will ultimately look like.

So wait are we allowed to make a bunch of builds? Or are you just jsust getting through the creation screen, seeing the player comparison and the ngoing back and redoing different ideas?

It looks like you can make a few. I’m not sure the number, I can’t scroll to see how many exactly. Heading over to my Xbox to make some more builds but it isn’t limitless unfortunately

I make a PF every year . I haven’t seen one good PF build . Very underwhelmed by it . Stats seem more fitting for a Center .

Might just go SF

I haven’t been able to play with any builds yet lol. I’ve wasted 2... soon as I create what I want I get In game and can’t control the player. I can control the other 4 players but not my guy lol.

I know you only get 6 per... so I’m just gonna delete and wait until release.

Idk I made a 7'3 post scorer max weight...I'm killing it down low just with hooks and dropsteps..but I suffer in absolutely everything else. Cant shoot..slow as hell..unathletic cant board or rotate.

I’m assuming you can.

I just deleted the demo because I didn’t care to keep trying. If I can’t play the demo I just can’t play. My player kept freezing soon as the game started. Could control every player accept the one I created.
