Has anyone else run into the issue when you use redesigned jerseys that the socks revert to white at home and blue at black, even if accessory colors have been set as otherwise?

I am having a heck of a time trying to use any custom roster on XB1. I'm specifically trying to do a fantasy draft in a custom league. After the draft completes and I get prompted for the rookie class, the game always crashes to home after auto generating or uploading the class.

Anybody else getting this?

Has anyone run into the issue during the offseason where a player will sign with a team, then the following day will sign a contract with a different team?

It’s happened every offseason, but one of the most glaring issues was RJ Barrett signed with DET, I traded him to NYK because it didn’t feel realistic. The next day, he signed again with DET and the trade moving him back to NYK was still in the transaction timeline.

This could be happening during the moratorium period when players can only verbally agree. Like the Deondre Jordan Mavs/Clippers situation.

Yes and no. I have all 30 teams under control but have it set to auto for the free agent signing so I just review what contracts they offer so I can catch stuff like this.

I thought the same, but it happens at any point during the free agency period. I don’t mind chalking some of it up to someone changing their mind, even though the game doesn’t actually have that as the reason, but the issue is that some of them, like RJ leaving NYK isn’t possible because he is a RFA.

And it extends to a lot of middle tier players, like 77-81 overall, doing it as well, where I sign them in one place and then they sign n a different place a few days later.

It also happens with extensions. For example, Luka signed a rookie extension in Dallas, then 3-4 times over the next 8 days he signed the extension again for varying amounts each time. So it would show up on one day as like a $198 million deal, then the next it was $211m, then $201m and on and on.

So, I guess no in-game injuries is still a thing, huh? ....Sigh. What do sports game devs not understand about this being a crucial part of the franchise experience?

I saw the idea of simming the game ahead of time and then reloading + adding an injury manually if a player gets hurt in the simmed game - seems like a decent workaround. Any drawbacks? Do players recover naturally from manually-induced injuries over time?

I got luckier than I think I ever have. I'm doing a Sonics expansion, and going into the third year of MyLeague, I had my pick (5th best lottery odds), the Hawks pick (they made the playoffs), and the Raptors pick (they missed the playoffs by 1 spot, and had the lowest lottery odds at 1%). And then somehow got both #1 and #2 in the lottery.

i am pissed so mad about this every single 2k...
why is that so hard to make in the game???????
that is one of the most important things when u play my league....injuries and wear and tear!!!


and yeah i do that thing u mention..simulate a game and see if someone get injured, if it did, then i just load the game again and give him the injury

The NBA starting back up IRL inspired me to get back into Celtics MyLeague and I just finished the 21/22 season.

Here's a recap on how things went:

I finished the regular season with a record of 51-31 which was good enough for 4th in the East. I guess the main thing though was Jayson Tatum finally broke out, making his first All-Star game and winning the Most Improved Player Award.



Back to the Standings. The Mavs had the best record in the league with a record of 64-18. The Hawks had the best record in the East at 58-24, the 76ers were 2nd at 57-25 and the Bucks 3rd 54-28. The Heat claimed the 5th seed at 50-32 so they were my first-round opponent.

Miami has a similar roster as the do IRL with the main exception being that they traded for Kevin Love and drafted LaMelo Ball in the 2020 draft. They were a tough opponent and it took me seven games but I won the series and moved on to face the top-seeded Hawks.

The Hawks made a big trades in the 20-21 offseason to bring in C.J. McCollum and also traded for Clint Capela. The became a key FA destination since they had still had some cap space and were able to sign Danilo Gallinari to be their 6th-man. Basically, those guys added to Trae Young, John Collins and Cam Reddish gave them the best team in the East. This series also went 7 but I was able to pull out a 118-108 win to move on to the ECF.

There I faced my main nemesis the Philadelphia 76ers. I figured that this would be the season for my team for sure since they took me out before, but instead, it was the exact opposite, I made easy work of them and swept them in four games.

That brought me to the Finals and I got lucky because I was facing the Luka-less Mavs. Don't ask me how but somehow they came back against the Warriors down 3-0 and beat them in four straight. It was mainly Porzingis (who was averaging over 32 points and almost 10 boards going into the finals) but other than him the Mavs just had a bunch of role players... however, they all fit in nicely around the Zinger and were the hot team so they had a shot.

In the Finals, there were both competitive and anti-climatic at the same time. They were competitive because once again the series went seven games but they were anti-climatic because all of the games except for one were decided by 10+ points. By the end of the series, both teams had injuries. In Game 5, I lost my starting center Makur Maker and they lost their starting SG and best shooter Seth Curry. Also, in Game 7 they lost their starting center WCS (that was the first in-game injury that I had seen in months).

In Game 7, the Mavs jumped out to an early lead in the 1st but we cut it back down and pulled ahead in the second, then never relinquished the lead again winning 115-98. Our secret weapon was Tacko Fall, who had been out with an injury since mid-March. He was unstoppable, especially after WCS went out in the 2nd, finishing the game with 16 points on 7-8 from the field, 15 boards, 3 assists, 1 steal and 1 block and winning Player of the Game Honors. Kemba Walker took home the Finals MVP award, a well-deserved honor, in my opinion.





Now on to the offseason, where there's two new teams coming into the league - the Seattle Sonics and Vancouver Kodiaks and lots of big-name free agents. It should be interesting.

Am I wrong or is this thread less used then the other threads in recent years?

Anyway, Im still on 2k19 and currently in the 24/25 season with my expansion team, the Baltimore Sharks. Ive never had this much fun in a MyLeague. It took me longer than usual to build a competitive team and that was a great experience. My current starting five:

PG Nico Mannion (23, 86)
SG Deni Avdija (23, 86)
SF Josh Richardson (30, 76)
PF Josh Mackie (23, 78)
C Rudy Gobert (32, 84)

Mannion and Avidja are just amazing offensively. Avdija is a potential MVP averaging 26 ppg, Mannion adds 20 ppg and almost 10 apg. Richardson and Gobert are my defensive ankers, Mackie acts as a 7 foot stretch big with great in- and outside touch. Off the bench mostly sophomore and last seasons 6th man of the year Griffin Dunn and rookie PG Josh Hamilton are my main options. Both are defensive juggernauts, PF Dunn is also a huge presence in the paint, adding 15 ppg mostly of dunks and putbacks.

On a 31 game season, Im at 11-3 right now. The goal is clearly the championship after losing in the finals last season against the Pelicans and Zion. Unfortunately, Im in a tough cap situation. So adding help via trades or FA will be tough. I want to trade for Fred Vanfleet and Chuma Okeke though, these two could be the final pieces as bench options.

My universe is a little weird anyway. Jokic won MVP twice, didn't have any playoff success though. The East was dominating mostly, the Pacers won the title back to back, the 76ers and the Bucks won a title each. The Pels finally made something happen for the West last year. Im really looking forward to the second half of the season and I actually cant stop playing.

I made a final update on my roster with significant tendency changes. It's so late now but it's all worth it if you're still enjoying the game on Xbox!

Had a old nba today save from February starting up today with Portland currently 22-27 gonna try and go on a run and get into the playoffs.

Collins, Nurkic out looking at upgrading at center right now looking at Horford to try and get better defensively over Whiteside.
