Re: New NBA 2K20 Patch Available on Xbox One & PS4 - No Patch Notes Yet
via Mike Wang...
Dear dribblers, couple small notes for patch 1.06. A few standing stepbacks were swapped out because chaining out of them was flipped. There's a new standing spin retreat move (hold LS away after starting spin.) Steals shouldn't lock you in anymore. Enjoy.

Re: New NBA 2K20 Patch Available on Xbox One & PS4 - No Patch Notes Yet
I've said it every patch and no luck yet but I'll say it yet again For the love of God please fix the PS4 Pro stutter/lag issue!
Every other complaint and issue people have with the game seems miniscule in comparison. The game at least functions and is playable with those issues. The Pro lag nearly makes the game unplayable and unenjoyable.Comment

am guessing this patch is to patch the other previous patches....
it's like this game is not fully released until the year changes when the patching stops
6 patches already in just over a month of release ...
I swear this game release in beta stage and the paying consumers are actually testers...
waiting for the patch notes as to to why its 23.44GBHumans fear what they dont understand, hate what they cant concur i guess its just the theory of manComment

Re: New NBA 2K20 Patch Available on Xbox One, Soon For PS4 - No Patch Notes Yet
I don't mean for this to come out like a complaint—and I don't play tons of games so maybe this is more standard than I know—but I don't think I've ever played a game that has this many large-scale patches.
I suppose it wouldn't be as much of a bother if my internet could handle these updates like I figured it would. I've never had an internet speed issue (uploads and downloads are generally very fast in all other realms) but for whatever reason, 2K updates crawl for me every single time. I'm looking at a two-hour download today. I'm pretty sure downloading all of Red Dead Redemption 2 went faster than any of these patches, in fact.
It's nice to see 2K being attentive but it's just, man, these weekly updates right when I get home from work and actually have a moment to play before the gym can be rough sometimes (I know, first world problem).
While you dont want to come off as complaining, due to all the patches, because many of us remember when there wasnt patches, and if a game was crap on day 1, you were SOL, but for those of us who dont have the fastest internet speeds, it does kind of suck, when your coming in from working all day, and just want to relax, and find out you got to wait a long time for a new patch to download and install. I leave my PS4 in rest mode, but sometimes it dont start downloading till I fire it up to play, for some reason. Hopefully 1 day we will have high speed internet out here. I use to have it, when I lived close enough to town, where we could get it, but I bought my sister part out with my brother, after our mom passed away, so it sucks, having to go back to a slow speed internet after having a fast one.

Jesus Christ I'm sick of all these patches, especially since it's all about online MyPark crap that I don't care about. 3 hrs plus for every patch and it's like one every six days now

Re: NBA 2K20 Patch 1.06 Available on Xbox One & PS4 - No Patch Notes Yet
Personally, I don't mind the patches. If anything, I appreciate them. I'd hate for the game to stay as it was at launch. I liked the gameplay but there were a lot of problems.
Just one man's opinion though. I'm a single guy without much responsibility so I can find other things to do while it's updating.
Here's hoping morale is improved in MyLeagueNCAA: Kentucky Wildcats
MLB: Atlanta Braves

How can people be tired of patches? They are free and fix glitches. Plus they normally sneak art updates in them.
Also save me the stuff about old games didn’t need patches...no they did, they just didn’t get them.Comment
