And almost all of the rookies from last and all the rookies from this year all are wearing the Zoom Freak 1’s, pure laziness. Edwards is with adidas and I can’t even equip him with adidas shoes cause it’s locked. I don’t get it.

I think you can easily recognize that this is him in Edwards case. For the Wagner model it doesn't even look close like the same human being:

That's a 2nd round free agent generic face on a 8th overall pick.

Noticeable players that need to be updated:

      Stephen Curry - shorter hair

Carmelo Anthony - needs beard and braids

Lebron James - needs longer beard (or option for longer beard)

Rudy Gobert - needs longer hair

Kyrie - face scan seems off, like he has a swollen top lip.

      Devin booker - shorter hair

Anthony Davis - longer beard option and shorter sleeves on his undershirt

Probably missed a few other things

Adding to this thread with a preliminary list of face scans that need to be added or updated in future patches:

      - Remaining 2021 Draft Class Rookies (Wagner, Brown, Boston, Sharpe, Springer, etc.)
      - Anthony Edwards (update)
      - Lebron James (update)
      - Moses Brown

These are all I can think of off the top of my head. Please feel free to add to this to get this list some exposure.

-I noticed that Jaylen Brown has the option for a low beard as well as a long beard so if they could give that same option to Lebron along with a general update to his render, it would be great.

-Steph could use a hair update since right now he has a mid/high fade with short hair.

-CJ McCollum needs a hair update as well since for a while now he hasnt been rocking the braids he has in the game; he's back to his usual style of a long tapered top fade.

-John Wall needs to have a low cut or at least the option for a low cut since he isn't growing his hair the way he currently has it in the game

-Right now Dwight Howard is rocking blonde dreads so if they could add that to his adjustable styles that would be also appreciated.

-Pascal Siakam, Patty Mills, and Richaun Holmes are players who need to have headbands equipped but don't have the option to do so unlike other players.

Overall I am pleased and impressed with the amount of players they updated from 2K21 so if they can keep the momentum going with the changes we mentioned, it would be even better.

90% of the lakers need to updated

            - Lebron needs long beard option and hair update
            - Carmelo Anthony needs beard and braids
            - Deandre Jordan needs a whole lot of work to his ps3 looking face
            - Russell Westbrook needs a whole lot of work
            - Anthony Davis face looks like a smooth plastic texture compared to a lot of other players and could do with a longer beard and shorter arm sleeves

The additions these players need can be done without them sitting for a new scan as seen by the amount of other players that have had an existing render updated

Pretty bad that arguably the most popular team in the nba has the worst looking player renders in the game

IMO 2k did a pretty good with updating the league also go take a look at Tyler Johnson, a very pleasant surprise.

Did you happen to see if DeMarcus Cousins got a new scan yet?

Definitely agree with those suggestions. Have a feeling those west coast teams didn’t get too much of an update this year so far. Warriors, Blazers, Lakers all were just about untouched. Maybe they’ll be a big patch with these updates soon?

Appreciate it. It doesn't have to be right now, just whenever you get a chance. He hasn't been updated since his original scan (either 2K15 or 16) so I've been holding out hope for the past couple years lol.

Pascal Siakam has worn a headband every game the last three or four seasons and this is the second or third year in a row where he doesn't have it on in the game and there's no option to add one.

I just checked and Boogie Cousiins still has the same scan he has had the last few years. However as an aside, I noticed they updated Isaiah Thomas so you can have him with short hair or a mini fro with/without the headband which was nice to see in case he gets signed by a team

Thanks for checking. Not sure how they haven't been able to re-scan him since 2014 (especially considering he was the best center in the league) but whatever. That's cool that IT got a little update though.

Just noticed that the entire Connecticut Sun roster has been scanned/re-scanned (except for the two rookies). Definitely should give us hope for the year I think...

Has anyone talked about why every team's basket stand are all in black colour? I know they did the same thing in next-gen 2K21, I was wondering about this last year but I thought they would at least make the correct colour in 2K22. But that didnt happen, so maybe I will just have to accept and live with it.

Maybe most people dont care, but it really bothers me when I see my Lakers court with a black basket stand...

How hard is it to make it right?
