Annoying little things about CPU execution:

-When the CPU gets a steal and is out on a fastbreak with nobody in front of them, half the time they will slow down (go into the slow dribble animation like they are bringing the ball up in halfcourt) and let the defense catch up. Bizarre

-Inbound plays being completely useless. They never get anyone open or do anything useful, and sometimes result in extremely dumb turnovers for no reason.

-The lategame fouling logic my god. Combined with the total uselessness of inbound plays, the trailing team have incredibly low chances to catch up in crunch time even if they're only behind by one possession.

Also that they change the Shooting success after the latest patch. Now I have to play with the sliders again to get realistic FG % when I had it right before the patch.

Neither. If you go to the edit player menu, they took away the option to edit contracts at all. But apparently it comes back the following season.

How do you edit the timing??

I can still update the timing meaning the length.. like from 1 Year to 4 Years if I wanted to ...

Getting a size mismatch in the post, backing the defender down and then getting the shot stick angle wrong so it goes into the jump hook animation with the shot meter. I don't think I've ever made one of those, even from like a foot away.

Oh I'm glad you mentioned the metered jump hooks. I can technically hit them sometimes but I wondered if I was doing something wrong, because I swear I green some of those on the nose and they're still popping out. I reasoned that they have to be kind of hard or else people would just spam hooks all day but I don't know, I think I have to be able to feel like I can be successful with them at least some of the time.

If I have to hear Allie Laforce tell that stupid Doc Rivers "No you're Doc" story ONE MORE TIME! She tells it literally every Sixers game. It's almost at the point where I restart the game if she's the sideline reporter.

I refused to play any games involving Miami on 2K20 because I didn't want to hear that stupid Jimmy Butler story about how he'll keep playing until he wins a title, even if it's in an over 50s gym league.

Future 2K's need to separate the 'PA Announcer' volume from the 'Stadium sounds' volume.


Love the inclusion of actual announcers (even if I wished they voiced them more realistically, with real emotion) -- so I'd love to crank up that volume. But it's connected at the hip to ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE stadium music that can only be described as 'so bad that it makes my ears bleed' -- who'd they hire for this, or did they just assemble monkeys to bang pots & pans? Absolutely horrid. Ultimately I have to keep my PA Announcer volume at a minimum because of it.

I don't play this game online, I have no interest in playing this game online, I don't care about VC etc, the only thing I have any interest in is playing Eras offline. Yet STILL if there's an issue with my internet connection whilst trying to exit a completed game in a MyEras game that has **** all to do with the being online, the game gets stuck and I have to force quit because VC and taking advantage of kids by getting them to buy more is by far the main concern for the developers of this game. It's pretty shameless.
