Just played the Suns. It was 48-42 and the half I was losing. Final was 88-59 I won.

It's the inconsistency that is frustrating. Pre-patch you'd get punished more often than not for lax defense. Now you might get punished one game, but then the next two the CPU will be back to its 12-70 shooting, bricking open shots etc.

Shotblocking is also comically overpowered, like I'm playing an arcade game. In fact inside scoring against any sort of a contest has been completely nerfed.

Yeah this game is NOT fixed. I have cpu sliders jacked up across the board and I’m destroying them. It’s ridiculous.

What a piece of crap 2K turned this AI into. It was a work of art before. They suckered me in with the Jordan stuff this game. I absolutely love the game other than the horrendous AI now and not having all jerseys applied to older rosters.

But it’s not fun anymore. It’s ridiculous. Never trust 2K advertising improved AI. It’ll never last.

This cat & mouse game with the spending countless hours setting sliders, 2k tinkering the gameplay and then forcing us to readjust sliders, rinse, wash, repeat, absolutely sucks. The amount of time we put into setting sliders, playing games to test, adjusting sliders again etc., it's really undoing all of our hard work.

I'm not saying "2k is crap" or anything like that --- I [think] I have honed in my sliders intricately enough to where I can simply adjust the CPU consistency slider to make things more/less competitive...I think.

But, still. Maybe give us the option to accept/reject your gameplay tweaks. I shouldn't have to flip off my PS5's wifi (especially when I'm streaming Spotify for background music) just to avoid you messing up the work I've done.

It just makes no sense to me. They clearly put a ton of resources into the game to make the cpu play as it did. Now they dumb it down so they play like how cpu offenses played in my old 2K20 Mobile game which was based on the 2K13 engine. Players just look like zombies out there and I’ll see guys go 3/22 from 3, down 30 and they just shoot (brick) sideways pull up long range threes over and over again. It sucks.

I seriously feel dumb for not knowing how to change the CPU's free throw ability. I have a "Free Throw" slider for the User but not CPU in MyEras. Michael Jordan just shot 2-8 from the stripe and the '87 Bulls scored just 68 points against me.

So let’s recap:

-Immediately after the patch, cpu was playing better than ever.

-Shortly after that, cpu started playing atrociously.

-Little while later, cpu showed signs of life and started playing better.

- Shortly after that (currently), cpu is playing the worst I’ve ever seen it. Even worse than before.

This company never ceases to screw over its base.

I got shotblocking under control by lowering it to 20 for both myself and CPU. I had it on 50 previously (schnaidt's sliders) and it was just ridiculous.

CPU offensive rebounding is another matter but that's been an issue as old as time.

I have it on Superstar now with CPU shooting matched to Hof(56)

Jump shot defense 10 for both
Contest shot impact 35

Off consistency and awareness at 100

I am getting killed by the CPU. 2nd game now the Bulls just scored 40 in the 1st QTR.

I dont know i might be wrong but i feel its HOF that's broken somehow.

I just played a half on default Superstar and CPU seems more aggressive on both sides of the ball. I am winning 47-40 with me shooting 49% and CPU 40%. They seemed to get into their sets quicker and passes seem crisper and defense seemed more aggressive. Normally lately I'd be up by 20+ at the half. Hopefully promising.

There was no new update but Portland is destroying me with team ball efforts and drexler going nuts inside and out!
But I did put the Awareness to 100 so maybe that plays a part🤷

I was at default Superstar and they def seem more aggressive on offense.

I had a game last night where the computer had 0 with 6 minutes left in the first using 2K Rosters and Mike Lowe's sliders. I restarted the game and the computer was still only shooting only 25%. Also because of all the CPU misses Embiid had 23 rebounds for the game. I bumped all of the shooting success sliders up by 2 for the computer and got a little bit better results in the 2nd half.
