Here is an updated list of missing shoes in the game. I'm well aware that not all of them will get added, but just pointing out which newer shoe models have not been included based on kixstats numbers.

Nike: Lebron 21, Book 1, GT Cut 3* (*announced by Nike but haven’t been seen yet in games)

Jordan: Zion 3, Jordan 38 Low, One Take 4, Why Not Zer0.6

Adidas: Trae Unlimited, Dame Certified 2.0

Under Armour: Curry 4 Flotro

Puma: Scoot 1

Peak: AW Talent-1, AW1, AW2, Taichi Flash 5

Li-Ning: JB2, WOW 10 Low, Wade 808 3 Ultra, Speed 10, CJ3, Yushuai 16 V2, Yushuai 17 Low, DLO 2. That’s the list of what has been worn this season. Additionally, they should include the JB1 and CJ2.

Converse: BB Jet (Not new but it was removed this season. Still worn consistently by Draymond Green).

361: AG4, Kontrol 3, DVD 2, Super Nova 1.0 Pro

Anta: Shock Wave 5 Pro (the regular Shock Wave 5 is in the game but Kyrie mostly wears the Pro version), KT Splash 5.0 (Splash 6 was just added so I doubt they’ll go backwards).

I’ve lost all hope for Lining. Idk if they just dont wanna work with 2K or what it is, but it’s been like 2 years since they've added a model.

I was expecting Jimmy's to be in considering he might be their highest profile US athlete and was just in the finals, so when I noticed neither the 1s or 2s were in by launch I reached the same conclusion you did

Plus you can't equip them to like 99% of players. Seems arbitrary or very specific.
