These draft classes are straight up neglect. I know you can edit and download but we should have the option of just clicking auto generate and having a normal looking draft class. It's the NBA. Faces are a huge part of the experience. You hit auto generate then the next season you have black guys with green eyes and orange hair. So many guys with zero facial hair. The same mega prospects 7'3 can do everything 6'5 godly point guard. 5'9 point guards all over the place. It's ridiculous.

They imported the same horrible generated draft to one generation to the next. I thought they would at least update draft on next gen. Give us more save slots SOMETHING. I don't care about eras. One of the blogs reeked of arrogance. The guy said we have the deepest franchise so we're set. Yes but it's boring. It's not immersive. Haven't fixed bugs in years. Same stat overlays in games. Boring game intro with reporters instead of showing both team stats. Goofy Twitter feed instead of real news. It's the little things. I can go on and on but apparently 2k thinks it perfect

Agreed on all points. And please get rid of the highlights at the start of the game. The game hasn’t even happened yet so why are you showing both teams getting down? Also one or both teams are wearing different jerseys from the ones I selected for that game.

Madden 21 had this at the start of the game and 2K copied it. It’s baffling. If you aren’t going to show highlights of the previous games then just cut to warm ups or the anthem or something.

I personally love the eras. Some of these players would've never been featured on this gen on consoles without the concept. I've been able to build some dream teams of players that span different eras as a result and that has been a blast to me the last couple years.

That doesn't excuse some of the MyNBA issues though. CPU controlled teams should make more realistic decisions with their players and draft picks.

Also, I've been wanting better presentation for years. Still haven't seen anything like weekly highlights show on an NBA game. The old 'eras' specifically have very barebones presentation. These are the things I hope to see improved.

Remember, what your "yum" is to you is someones "yuck".

Its quite okay to want the things you want in eras, just dont go saying someone else desire is "fluff".

Draft classes, RPG elements are important, and so is Artwork and updated Playoff decals in Eras. Current Era needs alot of love as well I see,

I do like the idea of a weekly highlights show, that would be awesome.

We do have a pretty good franchise compared to other games, but we need alot more cleaned up to make it way better.

I hope MYNBA *is* neglected, in terms of adding new features that end up half baked and requiring adjustments to get working properly.

Seriously, the mode could use a few years of just focusing on further refining what is already there (stock generated draft classes and progression desperately need attention).

The mode has been full featured for many years now.

That's what I'm saying. They won't fix anything. Draft classes are TERRIBLE. Why are they not getting fixed? Free agency I can sign anyone if I have cap room even if I go 5 and 77. Why not more stats in the game intro instead of pointless reporters. Why not more stat overlays during the game. Why not have ppg game leader on the player card or three point/dunk contest winner. Then maybe I'll care. Potential needs a update. Scouting been the same for 10 years.

I'm just throwing stuff out there. My point is franchise just needs small updates and small improvements. New features aren't needed. They say EVERY year we have the deepest franchise but with no fixes or updates. The Twitter feed is terrible. Give us real news. The draft classes is just straight neglect and trifling

Last year they didn't even have a stat overlay for starting lineups prior to a game. Can we at least get that back?

You would think we would get info on the starting lineups and superstars in the game intro. Not repetitive reporters. I do not understand video game developers. Don't they know that ish get superrrrrrrr repetitive playing the game for a year. Deep franchise but no nothing about being immersive.

Some devs used to browse forums for ideas. What happened? We been talking about fixing franchise bugs for years. Interesting halftime show for years. Better draft classes for years. More stats overlays. Better intro. What they do? Bring Eras. Nothing against Eras but it's just sad they've done nothing for modern mynba for next gen. Well they added the score ticker which NEEDS scores from around the league

I felt that 2k took a long break prior to 2k24
And wasn't ashamed
2k had some weird bugs like Jersey creation lighting,floor letter bugs ect..
This was out of 2k character
So I'm hoping they made some huge improvements for MyNBA and eras this year!

You can't extend staff contracts for some reason. You have to wait for then to expire and then re-hire them.

The option of designing a second court when you create a team would be nice. They haven't touched that in years, and being limited to only three jersey designs and one court is not reflective of today's NBA.

I've been a huge 2k supporter but that is slowly starting to change. We have bugs in myNBA that have been present for far too long.

When it comes to myNBA 2k has gotten away from what made it the best sports franchise mode -- depth and refinement.

Now it seems they are taking the common path of low hanging fruit you can slap on the back of the box. Seeing that we are getting a new era is the last thing I wanted to see when the current eras feel so shallow. 2k franchise mode previously felt like a labor of love that made me think "these guys get us" but now we see things like removing the option for conversations while still referencing it in the coach skill tree and not rebalancing the trust mechanic.

I hope 2k rediscovers their way and returns to prioritizing depth over "just add something half baked that we can mention in a PR release"

I know 2k feeling the heat especially users have another option with CF25 🏈

Anyone who is getting fed up is jumping the gun since we know virtually nothing about 2K25 yet. If anything the mere fact that new-gen will be on PC now is a huge advancement since it empowers the community to fix / improve the default game. I often see you posting about authentic arena sounds, and that’s exactly what will be possible now on new-gen.

This is before 2k25 was announced
The community speaking loud this year more then ever to the point that 2k got online survey asking the community what do they think about the lack of info with pre-orders ect...
If your a stan just say that but that's not going to change the opinion of the community that got issues with 2k🤷
