This is subject to change depending upon whether anything of particular note comes out regarding Eras that hasn't already, but I think I'll be sticking with my 2K24 Era; I'm closing in on the end of the 1995-96 season.

That sounds awesome! What season are you up to? Did you manage to upload any of these seasons as scenarios?

I was midway through the 1995-96 season before taking a break for the NCAA Football release. I upload each season as a scenario as I go under my Swove gamertag.

I'll play out the LeBron era, 2010/11 squad. But! With Lakers. I will right all the wrongs that Mitch AND STERN (f him) did. I will try to trade for Dwight and CP3 and get Kobe that 6th ring to equal Mike.


This was the era that I know the most about. I knew every single player on the opening night roster. Even the Bobcats lmao.


I am kinda hyped about this. Hopefully rosters come fairly quickly to PC.


I will definitely wait with the purchase of 2K until rosters come out. Don't wanna play without so many players.

As an aside, I really wish the Kobe Era was the Shaq-Duncan Era.

Between 99-07 (9 seasons), either Shaq or Duncan won 8 of the championships and one or the other was in the Finals EVERY ONE OF THOSE YEARS.

Are there any news on whether roster files will be cross compatible with ps5/xbox x/s? If so then the act of assigning cyberfaces to players missing in the default roster is trivial.

I did not use MJ's rosters. I can't recall if 2K23 had cross-gen rosters or not (I'm on XBox) but even if it did, I think I was too impatient and began my Era before he could finish (as was the case in 2K24).

I'm not a big slider aficionado so I'm not sure my answer will do a lot for you. I did not use anyone's specific slider package; instead I just focused on the things that bothered me personally (stonewall defense, most significantly).

I hope we see playoffs/finals decals in each eras. Also hopefully there will be accurate all star courts to go with the all star jerseys.
