Haven't personally played MyGM sorry bro. All the coaching profiles are currently set to where they should be for the current season.

MyLeague gives you the MOST options to tailor your gameplay experience so our projects is based off and tested with MyLeague in mind.

December 5th 
- Rumors have started circulating after number 3 high school recruit C Dontrell Bagley (7’3” 220 lbs.) was seen driving a Bentley around with his mother. The incident raised several eyebrows due to the fact that Bagley’s mother started a “GoFund Me” page earlier in the year to help pay bills and take care of the family. SimWorld’s Dreece said “I’m not saying it has anything to do with his recruiting process, but I just want to know where she got the damn money to buy a car like that”.

- Detroit Junior SG Riley Jager has been on a tear as of late and is averaging over 25 points a game at the moment. When asked about the possibility of declaring this year, Jager said that he wasn’t sure and would like people to stop asking him about it. He is projected to be a early second rounder.

- Miami’s 5’10 Freshman PG Shamarr Ballard is quickly becoming a fan favorite around the country with his ability to score and “David vs. Goliath” approach to the game. After another 35+ point performance, Ballard said “I know I’m going to be the smallest guy out there every night so I just know I have to keep swinging no matter what”. Many scouts already have him as a first rounder if he were to come out.

December 10th 
- 6’11” Croatian PF prospect Balibor Ancic has announced that he will definitely be declaring for the draft this year. The 216 pound big man has frequently expressed his excitement about coming overseas and stated that he is only nervous about improving his English. Teams looking for an athletic big man that caqn run the floor and play consistent near or away from the basket will be in luck, but you are probably going to need a pretty high lottery pick to get him.

- We all know that PG Nakevion Johnson considers himself to be the best point guard in the league and he definitely won’t get much argument about being the best defender at the position but Texas A&M sophomore PG Etwan Sanders is giving him a run for his money. After a 5 steal game where he basically shut down Alabama PG Tyrone Stevenson, a player developing a bit of hype himself, people are keeping an eye on Sanders and comparing him to Nakevion Johnson. When asked about Johnson, Sanders said “Don’t know him. I heard he is really good but other than that I don’t know anything about him”.

- 5 star PG recruit Austin Stewart has found himself in trouble again after he was caught having sex in public. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that Stewart has been in trouble as he gained national attention over the summer when a video of Youtube leaked of Stewart being asked where he would go to college and he responded “Whatever school can get me the most b****es on my recruiting visit”. After this recent incident, it is reported that MANY schools have lost interest in the young man. Interestingly enough, Stewart is probably the most academically impressive prospect with a GPA of 4.2 and a desire to go to medical school. Hopefully this kid doesn’t get himself in to anymore trouble before he graduates.

December 15th 
- Virginia Freshman Center Grayson Taylor started the year with two 10+ rebound games but we have been seeing less and less of him as the season has progressed. Today, Taylor announced on his Instagram page that he has been dealing with some “severe depression” trying to cope with some “ongoing family issues”. Taylor and the team have asked that the media and fans give him his privacy during the month that he is scheduled to take away from the team.

- Florida International sophomore guard Jason Kavalec is quietly leading the nation in scoring and just pulled even further away after a 43 point game against Ball State. When asked about his performance, the quiet young man shrugged before flashing a big smile and saying “I just kept shooting and it just kept going in”.

December 20th
- Reggie Graham, who’s having a great season averaging over 20 points per game, finally spoke out about the upcoming draft! Unfortunately, it was just an announcement about an announcement as he stated “I know a lot of people are saying I can be a top pick but I won’t be deciding anything until after the season is over”. Boo Reggie… people want to know NOW.

- Ohio State’s freshman SF Stephen Avant is having a rough freshman season but we can say that he finally got his first real individual “W” of the season when it was announced that he has been cleared of any wrong doing in the “drug distribution ring” investigation. Avant spent most of the day on Twitter thanking God like he had just won an award. Unfortunately, his teammate SG Jeremiah Holden was not so lucky as he was arrested and of course “kicked off the team”.

- Scouts need to really keep an eye on Jackson State’s Ra’zahn Burke as he is top five in the country in both rebounds and blocks this year.

End of the month Player Spotlights (Part 2)

NYEEM MILLER: KANSAS FRESHMAN SMALL FORWARD

This kid is the definition of hard work. At 6’9” 231 pounds, the young man from Minnesota always had dreams to be a football player but according to him, he sucked. After making the football team but being benched, he decided to play basketball . Although he struggled to score his coach said that he just had a “knack for playing defense”. After some coaching and training over the years, Miller became one of the top prospects and one of the best defenders in the recruiting class last year. Although people thought that his singing with Kansas would cause some issues between he and SF Jeremy Irvin, one of the top defenders in the country, the two have developed a friendly rivalry of seeing who can perform the best on a night to night basis. Miller still needs to work on that offense but he has the right attitude and the skill set to be a top five pick in the draft if he declares next year.

Relationships: As previously mentioned, Nyeem and his teammate Jeremy Irvin have developed a friendship since he came to Kansas. Nyeem also has more of a…. competitive rivalry with Minnesota freshman shooting guard Blanton Scott who was one of the top players in the state last year.

CEDRIC WRIGHT: USC FRESHMAN POINT GUARD

Almost everyone that I have interviewed about this kid has confirmed that he is the “life of the party”. Upbeat, happy and maybe needs to take life just a littttttle more seriously. Ok, more like a lot more. A practical joker since middle school, Cedric Wright said that none of his pranks are ever mean spirited but the just likes to have fun. He has already been in trouble at USC for a stink bomb incident but as his teammate A.J. Carter said, “that’s why we love him”. Coming out of high school last year, Wright was not only the 4th overall rated high school basketball player but the 3rd ranked wide receiver in the country as a high school senior. While Wright has not declared officially, when he was asked on Twitter if he would be in the NBA next year he responded “I love USC but I’ma be in the league next year baby”. I encourage USC fans to enjoy him for the short time that he is here.

Relationships: Although the two aren’t necessarily close, Cedric Wright met California Senior Center Dane Cooper whose mother was Wright’s eighth grade teacher. At the time, Dane Cooper was a junior in high school and a rising star being recruited by most colleges around America.
Two years ago, Cedric Wright’s high school team faced South Carolina freshman guard Aaquil Robinson’s team. Both teams were ranked highly at the time and although Wright had the better game, Robinson’s team walked away with the victory.
As a junior, Cedric Wright was teammates with Colorado freshman PF Izaiah Denman but Denman transferred to a different school before the two became seniors.

January 5th
- “Troubled” prospect Austin Stewart has announced that he will be attending South Dakota State after several schools expressed that they no longer had an interest in the young man. Stewart is a top ten prospects and will easily be the best recruit that South Dakota State has ever brought on campus as long as he can stay out of trouble.

- Top PG Nakevion Johnson let’s everyone know that he will be declaring for the draft during an interview stating “I think I can be the number one pick in the draft this year. I SHOULD be the number one pick. Who else is better than me right now”. I have to agree with him as I feel that although other players may have a higher ceiling, Johnson is the probably the most NBA ready of the players that we expect to come out this year.

January 10th
- Pittsburgh Freshman SG Rico Silver says that he is “fed up” with “all the nonsense about touches and shots”. Although Silver did not say any names, it seems to be pretty clear that Silver is referring to PF Emmanuel Sinclair who has mentioned publicly that he is trying to adjust to Silver “dominating the ball”. Sinclair averaged 19.5 points last year but is down to 17.3 at this point in the season.

- La. Tech Sophomore Qua Thomas is in trouble after putting another student in the hospital at a club. Thomas, who is known for his scuffles on the court, is on video punching a student repeatedly before being pulled off by his teammate, Senior SG Jaylen Gessner. It has been speculated that Thomas will be suspended for at least one game. He has refused to comment on the incident.

- After watching a game at NJIT, SimWorld’s Raiderz thinks that NJIT junior PG Javaris Thomas could be a sleeper that people need to keep an eye on whenever he decides to declare. Thomas is currently leading the nation in assists with 8.3.

PLAYER SPOTLIGHT (Part 3)

Nikolai Yatsynevych: Ukraine 21 Year Old Center

Nikolai has only been playing basketball for five years and he has spent a lot of these past five years watching NBA games whenever and however possible. Falling in love with the sport, Nikolai did his best to mimic guards coming up the court, hitting defenders with sick crossovers and driving to the lane. Oh, did I mention that he is 7 feet tall. So yeah, Nikolai has learned to play the center position but his weakness, and his strength depending on how you look at it, is that he like to play away from the basket. He has shown the ability to handle the rock and hit the jumper consistently but it’s going to take some time for him to learn how to truly play the center position in the league. Nikolai’s agent says that he will “probably declare for this year’s draft” but it isn’t etched in stone right now. One thing is for sure though… wherever he goes, they will have an “unique” player on their roster.

Relationships: Nikolai has been somewhat of a mentor to 18 year old Ukraine PF Lee Mazurki. Although Mazurki isn’t projected to get drafted anytime soon, Nikolai has constantly encouraged scouts to keep an eye out for the young man.

Qua Thomas: La. Tech Sophomore Small Forward

One thing is for sure… if you are looking for any type of sympathy on the court OR off, you are not going to get it from this guy. Thomas grew up in the rough streets of New Orleans where he claims to have been in “at least one fight every month” from the time he was 12 until he graduated from high school. Most of us assume it was an exaggeration but at this rate, he may be telling the truth. When Qua Thomas was born, his father was already long gone and in order to make ends meet, his mother worked multiple jobs. According to Thomas, he had to take care of himself. With no brothers or sisters and a mother that was barely home, Thomas said that forming and maintaining relationships have always been hard for him. It wasn’t until he found basketball that he found individuals that he could refer to as “friends” or even “brothers”. Now in his second year at La. Tech, Thomas is yet again in trouble for fighting (of course). Depending on how you look at things, Thomas’ fights and tough guy mentality may be a red flag for you or exactly what you are looking for.

Relationships: Qua He currently has issues with California SF Brodie Goldman after the two got in a fight during a game.
Qua was in a fight with LSU Sophomore Center Nate Benson while in high school. After the game Nate Benson said that he would love to be in a “real street fight” with Qua Thomas.
Qua called McNesse State Junior Center Zach Rosowski a p***y after a early season game last year. Rosowski said that Qua is “nothing but a thug”.
Qua is very close with his teammate, Senior SG Jaylen Gessner, who has been a big brother to Thomas since last season and stopped the before mentioned fight that Qua was in earlier this month.
