Re: Schnaidt1's 2K16 Sliders With real rotations working!!!
Just wanted to start by saying I think these sliders are amazing. I just started playing MyLeague and these really capture the feel of a game. I do have two issues. I tried to read thru the thread but gave up, sorry if this has been addressed. 1) I feel like players launch balls into the stands way too often, so far the opposing pg averages around 6-10 TOs a game. 2) I can not figure out how to set my rotation, o can't find how to change the bench utilization and the other coaching attributes.Comment

Yeah my rotations arnt bad, but I can't find the bench sliders referenced in OP. And I love the sliders overall. I always try sim sliders when I play sports games and these capture the feel of the game most.Comment

Re: Schnaidt1's 2K16 Sliders With real rotations working!!!
First of all, I appreciate the time you've taken to generate these sliders. I'm sure it took quite a bit of trial and error. Is there some cheat sheet that explains what each slider controls? That would be great!
Here's a couple thoughts and questions after playing 5-6 games with your sliders. I'm the Warriors, and the CPU is the Rockets:
I don't understand how making it even harder to score on the interior is realistic? Draymond Green was just denied in the paint by Jason Terry and then James Harden within the first few minutes. Meanwhile, Donatas Motiejunas is finishing over Andrew Bogut and Green, in traffic, with absolute ease. Which sliders will bring this back to a realistic feel? Because it's been absurd watching Warriors players miss high percentage looks inside, while the Rockets are scoring as defenders' hands are literally going through the ball without blocking or changing the shot.
What sliders or options do I increase/initiate so that my defenders are able to prevent the cpu from penetrating into the key? It seems my defenders cannot initiate those deny animations like the CPU defenders do ad nauseum. Is it defensive assist? Because, this is the most unrealistic horse**** I've ever seen. James Harden denying Klay Thompson, moving his feet as if possessed and speed hovering around the court. Jab step? No way, because Harden is DPOY in 2K 16. Meanwhile, Michael Beasley just pushes his torso literally through Draymond Green's while attempting a series of spin moves, no defensive animation is initiated, and he just hovers on by towards the rim. How is this realistic? On the opposite end, I get the defensive switch I wanted putting Dwight Howard on Curry, and you'd think advantage Curry, right? Nope. One around the back or between the legs change of direction should be good enough to leave Howard in his dust, but Dwight is able to slide over without his feet even moving, and cause a hilarious animation preventing Steph from getting by...or in the off-chance that Curry does get a step, Howard defies the laws of physics yet again and attaches onto him as if a magnetic force has propelled him at inhuman speeds. I do not want to do six or seven unrealistic looking dribble hesitation hops to one side like I see users do on Youtube, because it looks fake as f*ck, and the whole point of all this is for a realistic feel to the game. I don't remember the CPU defense being this unrealistically stubborn before I implemented your sliders...so which ones do you suggest I increase/decrease in order to better these circumstances.
Oh, one more thing. Which combination of sliders will allow my screeners to actually make contact with the CPU defenders? If Klay Thompson is anywhere near the opposing big setting a screen, well wouldn't ya know it, an amazingly realistic animation occurs. Heck, sometimes Thompson will actually get by the screener, but then slide backwards and into an animation, once again defying numerous rules of physics. On the other end of the court, Patrick Beverly's head and shoulders literally go through Andrew Bogut's chest, as if teleporting. No animation, no advantage to the user. How do I correct this? Ariza getting beautiful wide open corner spot up looks as Harrison Barnes is jammed up by 2 consecutive screen animations off-ball. Meanwhile, James Harden cannot be impeded chasing Klay Thompson off-ball, as if they're conjoined, and no screen or potential animation will change that. At one point, Thompson is supposed to run from under the rim, around two Warriors screens, to the 3pt elbow. But, oh-oh, the Rockets players are all in the way, so Thompson just sort of fidgets in circles, bounces off Howard and Harden, with none of the animations, as if the game just short-circuited. How do I get this back to a more realistic level, where screens actually work?
Turnovers. Tell me why the CPU Rockets turn it over 4 times a game, a team that is ranked towards the bottom of the league in topg. Meanwhile, the Warriors, who are pretty terrible in their own right, are throwing routine backcourt in-bounds passes through players' hands and out of bounds. Is that considered realistic? Which sliders control this?
-------
Your sliders seem great, until the CPU decides it wants to do something. Upping some of them has corrected it a bit, but which ones do you recommend for the instances I've described?
Thank you for your tireless efforts!Comment

bro...idk what sliders you been using but they certainly dont sound like mine....the entire point of mine was to be able to beat cpu defenders off the dribble because out of the box 2k made it absolutely impossible no matter the mismatch.
I have never had issues scoring down low..infact at times i think it is too easy for the user to score down low...and i wish the cpu attacked the post more and was more successful.
Maybe 2k released an update since the last 2 weeks when I played that messed everything up....but I have never seen what you have on my sliders....and based on everyone elses comments regarding gameplay...they havent either....so idk maybe double and triple check everything because i do not know what to tell you.Follow me on twitter @schnaidt1 and Youtube @Sim Gaming Network

Re: Schnaidt1's 2K16 Sliders With real rotations working!!!
I'll check again to make sure the sliders are accurate. I'll also upload gameplay video next time I play, with the correct sliders, and show you what's going on via replays. I just had an 8 second backcourt violation because Patrick Beverly forced me into 6 consecutive off-balance animations, despite my attempts to tap back and opposite directions on the right joystick to change direction of dribble. The funniest part of all this was the inhuman-like way Bev runs up to full court press. He's in the defensive stance, but slides across the court at like 50mph smh. Thanks for the reply.
