It was full of excitement throughout the game and if I can play a few more games and adjust the slider slightly to suit my taste, I think it's OK.
    This is awesome.

So like I said, if you put the game speed back at 50 and slightly lower some of the player movement sliders, it can help with lowering the game score. This won't be for everybody, as some users like high scoring game. But, with slight adjustments you can still can enjoy the improved plyer movement, while having the score be more realitic.

Check out the rebounds and PIP, these stats are really good!

I may release a second set with those adjustments as an option.

    Thank you for sharing.

I began MyLeague with Lakers, and at the first sight, that's not as easy as I expected...
I don't have the best defense too...

        Wow..... they lit you up.

Maybe try the more relaxed slider set where CPU shooting matches user shooting.

Im so bad defensively. Cpu is always a step in front. Cant create stops. Does anyone have a couple of good tutorials?

Gameflow feels great but CPU destroys me offensively. They are consistently scoring even with their bench players. Its so hard. Maybe i should go down to Allstar and start from there.

Try making the CPU shooting match the User shooting (From my screens on the first post). Defensively, the R Stick is KEY this year. Make sure you are using it when you close out on shooters or in the post. Also, when going for steals, don't use the steal button, use the correct hand to go for the steal with by flicking the R Stick in the appropriate direction.

To do it the right way. Do I have that increase the user sliders? Or decrease the cpu sliders?

Is it enough to flick the stick towards the shooter for contesting? Or do I have to hold the stick in that direction?

              Many thanks by the way.

Bring the CPU shooting sliders down to the user ones.

And I would hold the R Stick towards the shooter, as to complete the contest. In the post, don't jump for blocks as often, hold your ground with R Stick towards the defender to complete a solid contest.

I am both surprised and disappointed that I'm the only who has such a huge difference between the gameplay in the Play Now and MyLeague. I don't know what I am doing wrong, when you guys start myleague do you load some MyLeague settings, I download Barncore's. What baffles me is that the change is big, it's not like I am not really sure but I think there's a difference, I played with the Grizzlies against the Celtics yesterday and got destroyed, was losing by 20 at the half. And today, I was playing MyLeague with the Grizzlies and in the game against the Wizards I was winning comfortably, CPU was running to the paint like scoring outside of paint won't count. Crazy. If someone figures it out, please let me know

It depends on the problem...If you can't make shots, then increase the user sliders for shooting; If the CPU is making too many shots, then decrease the CPU shooting sliders. If the problem is both, then set the sliders for both to a middle value and see how it feels.

Flicking the stick towards a shooter closes out and does a quick contest, while holding the stick does a full "hold both hands up" contest.

The trick to defense is spacing, anticipation, and timing:

Try to stand about one step away until the offensive player commits. This will give you some leeway to read and react to their move.

Anticipate what they going to do and beat them to it. This will require both knowing the skillset of the player you are defending (i.e. shooter, slasher, etc.), and being able to survey the situation on the floor quick enough to anticipate their next move.

Try to use only the L stick as much as possible for movement; wait and commit to L2 and R stick only when it is time to body up the offensive player.

I will say this about My league this year and Play Now. Playing default Superstar or HOF on Play Now the CPU is a lot stronger, but when Playing in My league i noticed that wasn't the case and it was actually a little easier. I would still suggest upping the CPU 3 point tendency, but outside of that i would only touch the movement sliders.

His problem wasn't scoring, he put up over 110, his problem was the CPU scoring. Bringing down the CPU shooting to User shooting will balance out the score and make the game more competitive (And percentages realistic). Obviously I factored that in to my answer.

In regards to defensive stance, he should know already to use defensive stance.

Loving the stats here other than the offensive boards, tough loss.

Do you icon switch into the paint off shots in order to box out and help on the boards? I don't think those 23 off boards were slider related. Also, have you gone into coach settings and adjusted anything? Like in game plan? You may need to go in and adjust your teams strategy.

Yes, the shots of the paint are also for the many offensive rebounds, perhaps because I wanted to keep Mitrovic in the quintet that offers me more opportunities from the bow and keep Randle on the bench that can give me more defense and rebounds
