I just tested your slider+ version that was posted on PS4

- players animations are weird, it doesn't respond all the time to what we want they do. Sometimes, they even run outside the court.

- too many offensive rebounds for both side

- too many turnovers (too many steals, too many mistakes during the dribbles where the players loose their ball, and again, players animation that push players to run outside the court)

- as a consequence of the previous things, FGA% is way too high

- Moreover, if previous sets work well with real player% shot, here it was a disaster even when I got open shots.

Ok so the game I just finished Magic vs Pacers was kinda infuriating. Stats first. 46% FG 28% 3pt for me. CPU 42% FG 48% 3pt. I lost 118-104. It was a 2pt game up until 3 minutes left then the CPU would not miss even heavily contested shots. That was frustrating but the infuriating part was blown layups specifically with Markelle Fultz and players with clear paths to the rim not dunking the ball. Fultz was 7-23 from the field with about 6 blown layups. Most of these were uncontested with the defender behind him. He wouldn't attempt a dunk. Only players that had a dunk in the game were Bamba and Terrence Ross. Everyone else even with a clear path would go for a weak layup. Also no and 1s while the CPU had probably 6. The blown layups keep me from pulling away when I had the lead. One of those things where it felt the game was forcing the miss so I couldn't. Under 3 minutes was pure cheese. CPU hitting shots with the long arms of Bamba and Isaac up in their grill. The game have what I call the scripted feel. I've seen it in years past with certain slider sets. No idea what sliders cause it, but I think it's definitely a thing. If you take away the blown layups and that last few minutes of the game I'd be raving about how good the game felt because outside of that it was a fun close battle.

I just played another game with them too.
I also use real player fg% but I don’t have a problem knocking down open shots at all.
I’m seeing all the other things you posted above. The players just don’t move right which leads to weird turnovers and easy CPU baskets.

I won my game by 7 as the Lakers vs the Nuggets. I shot 59% which is deceiving because LeBron was 20-25. I got by my guy and to the basket at will with him.
Take out his shots and I shot about 45% or so.
Nuggets shot 39%.

Sounds like movement is a common thing that needs to be addressed.

Players seem slow to react on help defense in my games in situations where they definitely should be able to get over.

Are you seeing blown layups and players not dunking when they should?

I don't really see blown layups. As far as players not dunking, the team averages irl are about 6 per game, and I don't feel like I'm seeing fewer than that.

I think we'll just have to increase lateral quickness for user for the movement

So could the sliders be stopping my players from dunking to keep it to real life average? Clear path to the rim Jonathan Isaac is going to dunk, Fultz is going to dunk. Fultz shouldn't miss 5-6 layups in a game with the defender behind him. Should I maybe check. Fultz's ratings and see if 2K has his layup ratings really low or something? The blown layup issue is primarily him.

Yes. There were a ton of fouls in the 2 games. It was just sloppy.
They also killed me on fast breaks. Almost every time I missed a shot they would beat me down the court for an easy layup. I think the combo of the game speed and the cpu off aw at 50 made them unstoppable in transition. I lost the first game by 30 points. I did win the second game against a bad Hawks team.
It again was just to sloppy for me to play with those settings. It just wasn’t fun.
I’m going back to game speed at 50.

I'm just curious as to how this is a bad thing when every year most people's complaints are that CPU rarely gets fouled by the User. That's a huge accomplishment in my opinion. It's usually the opposite. In fact here the current season's stats for fouls:

NBA League Average is 21.9 per game. Basically, 22 fouls per game on average for each team. There are only 6 teams under the 20 threshold. Orlando being the lowest at 18. Going through most of the real life nightly stats, I am seeing teams foul over 25 times total most nights, some even expanding Into the 30's occasionally.

Clear path like fast break or like clear path in half court? Fatigue may play a role but I hear ya. I haven't had as much trouble dunking with clear path on fast breaks or in half court with no one near.

Fultz missing layups is interesting because his finishing ability is probably one of his best attributes (at least irl). Videos would really help this, but without that I would just say raise dunk in traffic frequency.

Fastbreak on a few with a defender behind him which IRL oftens results in a foul but no foul in this case. The rest were beating his man (defenders nearby) and blowing the uncontested layup. Many have been early in the game before fatigue should play a factor. It's happened in 3 straight games. It's happened with others as well just more noticeable with him since I can get to the rim more with him. As for dunks I'm seeing only about 2 per game and that's only if there's no defender in the vicinity. I've had several fastbreaks with Isaac where he's all alone and lays it in. Dude's like 7ft tall 😂. I'll try to get video next time I play. I'm new to doing that so we'll see.

Just beat Lakers in a 4-3 series. I blame them switching to Jared Dudley as a starter over Dwight, DeMarcus and javale. Not much gameplay sliders can do about that.

Big problems are the blow by is still overpowered, CPU offense doesn't generate fouls on contact as consistently as user offense.

FGAs are kinda high but I play in a high pace way. I've been looking at Brooke's slider and shot defense sliders discussions to generate ideas for the next set. Updated the beta to begin the next playoff round. In regards to sluggish defense movement I've raised on ball defense and acceleration attribute slider.

Beta not posted in OP but I can take a video clip of them for anyone interested on non-PSN platforms. Uploaded as OS Community Slidr+

Beta reduced ATB tendency to 35 to prevent too many forced drives

Just finished Magic vs Pistons in MyLeague. Lost 101-94. Game felt really good but my players WILL NOT DUNK THE BALL. Isaac, Fultz, Ross etc with a clear path simply won't attempt a dunk. I had a breakaway with Isaac all alone and he did a finger roll. The blown lay ups were way down but the no dunks is crazy. Is no one else seeing this? Game was good and fun otherwise. It's just I almost blew a gasket yelling DUNK THE F'n BALL lol.

I'm seeing dunks in the paint, contact dunks, clear path dunks and layups. Is there another set where you're seeing expected dunks?

No. I'm using your Slidr+ set and they won't dunk open much less with contact. It's happening in situations where IRL the player would clearly dunk the ball. Isaac finger rolls on breakaways, Fultz who IRL has multiple steals and breakaways where he's dunked does a layup every time.
