How do you do the footwork back and forward in the post a la Hakeem or that Lebron vid for the game tying shot that someone posted...for the ps3? Do you move the shot stick in different directions after picking up the ball or? My friends did it a couple times when we played 4 on 4 at my place but they were just hitting the sticks randomly. Anyone?

Hank, do you do the step through leaner the same way.... Right stick towards the basket and right trigger?

This isn't working. I even went to practice and tried this multiple times. I pump fake, get my man in the air, and when I hold R trigger and shot stick toward the basket, nothing happens.

Using this method to draw the foul has happened a couple times, but it seems to be random when I do it. Still haven't seen the step through leaner though.

While on the move, pump fake with the shoot button, and immediately after the pump fake, press the shot stick toward or away from the basket. If u press it left or right of the basket, they do some funny looking jumper.

It might be Rose specific? Ginobili should have that move though. I think its a momentum thing, kinda like the one that Kobe does when its a kind of step back behind the back move. I can't do that one very constantly. Also if you guys haven't tried it yet lay off the turbo when you go to the cup with certain guys and you will get some signature moves in the paint. Parker and Paul's runners are real nice, and Kobe got some good baseline stuff to as well as Rondo.

I think these moves are like the hardest thing to do in the world, I can't beat the defense at all and I am playing with the Pistons with Iverson. I did manage to somehow get him to do a move where he dribbled off of both knees which was sweet, couldnt tell you how i did it, but then later in the game he dove out of bounds injured his shoulder and is now out 1-2 weeks. i play on pro difficulty cause i am a beginner and i have lost my first two game by double digits...need to leaern these moves

Great post, ive noticed that on the 2k site they added 3 litle training video's i wasnt able to download them, so i cant ad em to this post.

may b sumone that can, i kno that a lot of people out there are waiting on video tutorials.

I can't seem to execute this move either. I'll be running a break with Kobe going toward the basket and I'll try the "flashy pass" or whatever it is and I'll pass it to somebody else or do a normal pass to Kobe.

Yeah me too. I have no clue on how to do a Ally-oop. What the hell is a flashy pass?

I don't understand why we need to figure out a Street Fighter type of controls just to play a damn Basketball game.

flashy pass is a fancy pass. to do a flashy pass, hold turbo and hold tha pass button.
