where do we go to change the menu music for the custom sounds? I see tip/long/def chant/offense chant/highlight/potg...but no menu option

I found a blog that LMFAO made.

They made an NBA basketball version of the song SHOTS, this blog has download for the versions they made for each team and even just a regular basketball version

my problem is most of the music i try to rip from a cd to my 360 gets blocked by microsoft. is there a way to just make a playlist and store it on my 360?

i want to do this for both nba 2k10 and mlb 2k10

Burn it with itunes and select audio cd.

Why can't 2K release an official Custom Music file like what RubenDouglas did? Since they are the makers of the game and know what settings would be good to set the reverb to and what program would be best to use?

because it 's called custom music. And they would have to pay for the rights use and add music. It's not that hard to do , most people know how to edit and cut songs and reverb them. And if they dont they use google to learn how...

Umm I don't believe i asked for all of the extra stuff that I already know. A simple, "they would have to pay for the rights use and add music" would be fine. And you say it's called custom music. So if 2K releases a file of custom music it wouldn't be custom music?

I have my 360 and PC networked together, it played fine before, was enjoying this in My Player...really the only mode i've played...just love this mode to much..well long story short. I basically gota new computer, have the same songs and got everything going again, but now the custom music doesnt play in my player, eve nwent as far to name the computer like the last one. Got the 360 to recognize the songs again but seems like I would have to set everything back again which wont work in my current My Player...or am I missing something..really hope im not doing it right cause im not starting over in my player again. Will just play it without the custom music if I have to..wish it worked

why would they? Again they cant. They put lots of sounds in the game already. The rest is up to the gamer for there games.

Thats sucks, you have to make sure the playlist files are in the same exact place there are on your old pc. If anything is diffrent it won't play it in your "my Player".

Does it come up during NBA Today and quick play?

Sometimes the game doesn't play the song that I selected for the game to play. Example: I was playing with the Lakers and the intro music I selected for the game didn't play instead it played the Thunder intro music. Is anyone having trouble with the game playing different songs than what you selected?

I do. I have dwight howard with his own superman song, and instead it plays mr.carter, which is VC's!

I downloaded Pared's custom music file, but I'm having issues making it work.

I just played around with the files, and added about 80 songs to my 360 via an audio CD. I ripped it onto my 360's hard drive, and can play the songs from the dashboard.

Then, using the Xbox menu, I organized the songs into 4 playlists: Home/Away court, Long, Tipoff, and Menu/PotG.

I fired up the NBA2k10 disk, and went into the 2k beats page.

I used the menu in NBA2k10 to assign each playlist to the appropriate event. Each playlist has a dot next to it that illuminated.

I exited the 2k beats page.

The game's menu music didn't change.

I went into my Association, and played the next game, but the every piece of music was the default NBA2k10 soundtrack.

I exited the game, and checked the 2k beats page to see if the playlists were highlighted correctly, and they were.

Anyone know why this isn't working at all?
