If you have the ball you can press L1 on the ps3 controller and then pick what player you want the play called for and then do that play. Kinda hard if you don't have floor status cause you can't see the plays but it still works most of the time ( sometimes they ignore you)

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
I'm back to playing My Player... and I just got blown out by the Bobcats.. Gerald Wallace got injured too. I also got injured and decided to rest for 2 days.
I did finish with 24, 14, 7, 3 steals, and 1 block though.
So through 21 games (HoF Sim) with my 6'6 SG rookie, the Pacers are 12-9 and I'm averaging
21.9 ppg
9.3 rpg
7.2 apg
1.0 spg
1.0 bpg
Next up is the Bulls and it's my first Key Game.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
Im thinking of starting a new Career now. I couldn't really get into it, on 2K10, but now I really want to give it a try again. Quick question though. Do you guys use your actual name, or do you just randomly think up a name to use? I know that seems like a silly concern, but im just curious.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
Back to playing my-player! I've only played one game w/ the patch, but i love it even more. i feel less like im just running around aimlessly and more playing basketball. 1st game against the cavs, and i scored 21, had 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 blocks. I guess sg's hate the patch, but as a sf, it's great. my team sucks, though, because our starting lineup consists of no one taller than 6'9, due to injuries and a stupid trade of biedrins and a first round pick for wesley johnson. im averagin:
20.2 pts
8.8 rbs
6.2 assists
1.3 blocks
1.7 stealComment

What stat should I upgrade for contact layups near the hoop, "close range" or "shot in traffic"?Last edited by BearClaw; 11-28-2010, 06:59 PM.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
Playing on the Clippers and currently getting creamed pretty hard. 4-10 I believe is my record right now. I'm a role playing Power Forward who mostly grabs rebounds and scores by getting the offensive boards. I think the problem is that with the new play calling, whenever the play breaks down (sometimes when it doesn't, even) Baron Davis or Eric Gordon just chuck up the 3's. I wish the logic of my teammates when the play breaks down was a little better. I'm doing work on my Power Forward but it's not enough to compensate for the horrible FG% this team has. :/Comment

Just played the suns in the NBA semi finals game 1. Dropped 107 points with a 70% fg 14 reb and 3 steals. 80% of the points were wide open mid range shots...talk about no defense. Man this feels amazing after struggling versus the mavericks.Comment
