Hopefully my question doesn't get buried in this massive 500+ page thread. But I didn't wanna start another thread. I searched high and low for an answer through the search, but couldn't find an answer. so here is my question

I am in the process of making a Center. I wanted to mold him in the style of Shaq during his Orlando Magic days. So what Attributes offensively should I focus on building up?

Right now 13 games in my player is 53 overall

Shot Inside 68
Dunk 70
Standing Dunk 83
In Traffic 75
Low Post Off 49
Low Post Shot 46
Vertical 65

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

What type of PG are you?
I think since Rose plays somewhat like a SG might not hurt, it might seem entices. I think if you are more of a passer than a shooter PG then I think Bulls seem great because of Boozer/Noah and Rose might shot when you passer.
But if you are a more of a scorer than passer, Clippers are the way to go. You would be the main scorer and shot taker. They have good big men. Eric Gordon is a good 3pt shooter. You can form a pick and roll combo with Griffen and Kaman.

Thanks, I ultimately decided to join the Clippers with my PG. I didn't even notice that they had the #1 pick and drafted a 80-rated SF. Playing on this team is actually a lot funner than the heat, even without floor general. I just got it back and I haven't played a game with it yet, but I know I will have a fun time setting plays for this team. I think I will actually stay with the Clippers for more than just the second season, because these other young guys are only going to get better.

Just returned to playing the MyPlayer mode after about a 3 or 4 month break...and yes...my teammates SUCK!!! I'm with the New jersey Nets...sitting in last place in the Eastern Confernce in my first season(we're midway through December). I tried to be a team player but I've just about had it...in my most recent game I had to score 47 points(including all 17 points in overtime) just to defeat the equally horrible Toronto Raptors. I even vented my frustration to the media, demanded a trade(which didn't happen), and now I'm getting booed at every home game...even when I put 30 points on the board...LOL...ah well, this is my team now...I just the ball hogs on my team to realize that.

I am doing great with the Nets. We are 1st in the league with a 24-8 record. We have great defense and good % shooting

I think the problem with Teammates doing bad is caused by two things.
1. Doesnt shoot their realistic %. Sliders would really help next year.
2. You(users). You have to know your teammates hotspots. You have to play to your team playstyle. You dont have to let the Coach call the plays, but you have to play to your team's strength.
My 3pt. SG plays great for the Suns. My teammates actually shoots realistically, because we are all catch and shoot guys. I havent played in a while though
My Pg plays great for the Nets(old rosteR). I play to the strength of my team, Good Big Men. I do alot of pick and rolls and pass to them in the post. I also contribute with good defense. Being a good rebounder(having great vertical), lockdown defender, and a great stealer effects the outcome alot. Since we traded for Marion(hate his jumpshot, I dont even get mad when he misses shots, I get mad at looking at him shoot), I know not to pass it too him on the wing. I use him like I used Outlaw(before we traded him), mainly for fastbreak.
I am starting to get used to Shawn Marion. He is a good defender so I can deal with him. I still want another SF. I want a 3pt shooter. We run a BIG lineup time-to-time with 1 PG, 2 SF, PF, C. I would love to get a Athletic Defensive SF who can shoot 3's. I want to get rid of Devin Harris too, I dont like playing SG. I want another defender. He is my main alley oop partner, though.
Is it me or does teams time-to-time run the same plays?. I say this because In my last 5 or so games We ran a play(I think 35 Post) and I see every team run the exact play.

Headed to the NBA Finals in my first year, just swept the Mavericks and the Heat await me for the title.

I suck at My Player mode D: I am not good at this game anyway (I have to play on rookie difficulty), so then My Player mode sounds fun but I tried it and I was too embarrassed to continue playing it after getting drafted.

I normally try to play conservatively, but in a 5-game span since returning from an injury I've averaged:

41.8 PPG, 11.4 RPG, 2.0 ORPG, 12 APG, 1.4 SPG, 1.8 BPG, 3 TOPG, 71 FG%

Including a 22 assist game. I think this might be my best stretch ever statistically.

15 games away until the Playoffs (1st in the conference atm). Wish me luck!

Averaging 22 ppg, 12 rpg, 4 apg and some other stuff. Finally got 3pt to 80 and shooting from downtown like a boss. The hawks are running more plays for me. I should be close from getting my first triple double.

Hey guys, just joined today and saw this thread and figured I'd share my my player. I'm a 6 ft 3 in shooting guard (I like playing small.) I was drafted in the first round with the 26th pick by the Oklahoma City Thunder. After a few games I was traded to the Detroit Pistons for Ben Wallace. I started for the Pistons immediately. Management made numerous moves that gave us a lot of depth. We had JR Smith, Eric Dampir, and Omiri Casspi all coming off the bench. We finished the season with a record of 55-27, good enough for the 2 seed in the east. I won ROY and was named to the All-Rookie first team. In the playoffs, we beat the Pacers in 6 in the opening round, swept the Magic in the eastern semis, and beat the Heat in 6 in the ECFs. Finally, we beat the Spurs in a really good 7 game series to win the NBA Championship.

Now I am in my 2nd season, still with the Pistons. I am rated a 94 overall. Currently we are 30-13, 2nd in the East, despite losing JR Smith, Eric Dampier, and Chris Wilcox from the bench, as well as Tashaun Prince from the starting lineup. I am the leading candidate in the MVP race, averaging 33.4 ppg, 8.6 apg, 2.2 rpg, and 2.4 spg on 6 minute quarters.

i got DRAFTED by the mami heat at 31st after playng a horrific draft combine .i got cut in trainng camp though after having a teammate grade of d or maybe even f in that game.soi was sent to the thunderbirds i think.then after 7 games got pcked up by the 3rd or 4th seed seeded oklahoma city thunder(in deceber).i quckly became known for my arrogance ,but i had reasons .for example kevin durant the not shotmakerwho was unwilling to score whenever ipassed him the ball butdrained shots when russel passed him the ball . also didnt want to have russel westrook harrassing me , the best 50 rated player at that time ever.so requested a trade and got traded to...the lakers(in start of january).the lakers were the nr 2 seed trailing the nuggets only.then we started losing some gamesand were seeded 4th by the end of janury when igot hurt for 10 games or something.i came back on february .one game after my return we were playing the cs(2nd game after all star break).we got off to good start leadng early in the first.on the next possession got past rondo and and of course.got njured and would not return to the game.sidednote:we lost the game by 2.i missed tll middle-end of march.back on nr 2 seed my ego was wondering how they were playng better when was not in the game.but my ego survived,of course. so we suddenly won games ,playng like a 8th seed team,wiinning some and lose some.we ended up as the 7th seed facing the oklahoma city thunder.who was them again?(lebron got mvp and i not because i only played 30 or 35 games that season)we got swept by them.ron artest couldnt stop durant.he let him score 35 or 40 every game . he made EVERY momentum jump and spin-jumpshot.the heat wonthe title .the offseason wanted me to swiitch fassades so switched teams.i wanted toplay east side ,but the only east side team making an offer to me was boston,and i didnt want rondo to get mad at me backing me up.so went to the clippers ,a team in need of a leader at point.so i thought 'who would be better for that job than me? baron davis definitely not'.so i went there . mid season i wanted to get traded .my teammates all played bad except regie williams.then got traded to wizards.i wasunhappy cause there was wall already,so i forced myself out by being arrogantand requestng a trade.then finally got traded to hawks.perfect fit.now 10 games left in 2nd season and we sitting in 6th .peace that was the story of my point guard Dimitris Tsiakalos,the 6'1,155 lbs scoring point guard , nickname skinny.ya better watch out

Just finished off my first season and captured a championship in Miami against the Heat. Won NBA Finals MVP to go along with ROY, MVP, and All-Star game MVP.

Had three options in the off-season: stay with the Thunder, go to the Bulls, or go to the Heat. I chose the Bulls. Didn't really want to move Derrick Rose over to the SG but I really wanted to play with them and they have an awesome arena and color scheme and its a nice change of pace.

Currently a 74 ovr Athletic PG.
