Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
I think they actually play a part in game play. With high Off Awr, I always beat double teams. With Def Awr, If you use Def modifier(L2) it prevents you falling on face
It controls the part of gameplay that you dont controComment

just start an all around pf similar to their build. put your points into 3pt shooting, shoot off the dribble and consistency. then work some mid range and slowly upgrade stuff you want til it matches dirks playing stylemyplayer:

Big Daddy vs D12
Oh man, what a battle I just had w/ D12! I couldnt stop him in the 1st half. He got me in early foul trouble and I had to sit most of the 1st half. I think i played a total of maybe 5 min in the half on HoF 12 min sim.
in the 2nd half I turned the tides and got him in foul trouble too! we both had 5 fouls with 4 min left in the game. Luckily he bit on a hard pump fake after getting in the lane to foul him out.
My bulls pulled out a W by 5 after all the free throws

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
I think it depends on how good you're doing in mp. If you're doing good, you become more of a threat to star players, so I think that's when you start getting key games.Last edited by DeRanza; 05-21-2011, 08:12 AM.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
So for the 11-12 season with Clippers, I just got the five trade suggestions thing. It's a pretty complete team, and we're 9-1 so far. But is there possibly anyone we could trade for realistically to make this a better team?
PG: James Hendrix (me) 86
SG: Eric Gordon 85
SF: Sylvester Patton (#1 pick in 2011 draft) 80
PF: Blake Griffin 89
C: Chris Kaman 79
Bench: Al-Farouq Aminu 75 and Baron Davis 74, etc.
Also, is there anyone that has gone through multiple years of My Player and can tell me how these rookies and other young players progress? Sylvester Patton is good, but he takes a lot shots when we can't really shot. He's actually really good at finishing around the rim (and I mean pretty damn good), but it's like his tendencies are to always shoot. I obviously can't edit his tendencies, but I mean after a year or so, would he improve? I'm also curious on how Blake Griffin improves. He certainly wasn't a 89 in the 10-11 season, I think he was like an 84 or 85. It would be so legit if he could like suddenly shoot jumpers efficiently. He's actually not that bad right now when I pass it to him. He will make it more often than not if he's open.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
Two games away from the All-Star break and my Pistons are 40-15, currently on a 6 game win streak. It's just been announced I'm starting for the Eastern All-Stars and the Sophmore team. Slowly but surely Greg Monroe is developing into a beast and he and I are become a pretty dynamic duo. I was most likely going to leave after this season, but I'm likeing the youth on this team and just may stick around.Comment
