I'm a SG for the pistons in one of my careers(7 total) and its awesome I became a starter 10 games into it lol. They traded rip and Ben Wallace for diaw and Augustine. They traded Gordon for telfair and a 1st. They traded tmac for redd and boykins. We still suck lol but I got to be the starter early.

O Yea... One Off Topic finding before I hit the hay...

Why does your player steal the numbers of players who made the team before you??? I'd rather my number change then taking someone else's... I really don't like how a rookie could take Joe Johnson and James Harden #. (James Harden I guess isn't really that good to maybe lock a number on the team)

I don't think I can play this anymore if they don't fix the charge calls. It's absolutely ridiculous, 3/4 times a game I will try to do a spin gather and a defender will run/suction right into me and fall down. Every single time they call it a charge, regardless of the fact that his feet are clearly moving.

Not only does it take away half a bar of teammate rating for the charge, it takes another half of a bar for a turnover.

wow i think this is the first post ive ever seen about someone complaining about their being too many charging calls. there are blatant charges that get called blocks all the time in my games =/ If its just that gather, just change your gather....

They will only call charges against the player, never against the CPU. The CPU doesn't even have to get set for them to call a charge, they can be moving and it doesn't matter at all. For the user on the other hand, you can be set for 5 seconds and they will still call a block every time.

It's not the kind of gather that you get to choose, it's the spin that you use to avoid defenders in the paint. When you use it, one of the defenders runs/suctions right into you and they will call a charge every single time.

Is there any way to run plays in MyPlayer this year without being PG? This mode isn't much fun when all the players are running around like idiots.

Yea there is for (offense plays at least )
First: You have to have the ball
Second: You have to press the RB(X360) that will bring up the player icon
(You select which ever player you want to run there individual play. i.e A for PG or B for SG play(X360)
Third: When you select the guy you want a red circle will be under him
Fourth: You press A,B,Y or X (X360) what ever you want (The buttons match that player individual play in the team play book)
Fifth:The A icon should come up just press it then the play diagram should show

Kinda like if you where PG but without the HUD display as a guide

Jay Sampson #3 SF Memphis Grizzlies, I'm averaging 20 6 and 3, not to bad getting about 26 mins off the bench but just got named a starter because gay went down with an injury!! Woooooooo! In the press conference I was ignorant and said its about time.. Hahaha whooooops! I'll have to step my game up these next couple of games to keep gay riding the cold hard pine!

Had a tough decision to make on which team to join.
Either the Heat, Lakers, Magic, or resign with Warriors. wanted to go to Knicks. I can't play with Ellis for another season, we didn't sign anyone good, and We signed Michael Conley(basically telling me they dont need me)
I decided to take my talents to South Beach, wanted an East Team and I don't fit Magic's offense.
I'll see how I fit in Miami's offense(if not i am going to the Knicks,hopefully)

tried trading out of denver but now past the dead line 60 games in and i'm play the rest of season out b/c i'm not making the playoffs i won only 17 games this season half of those coming before i got to the team and the other half dude to simming. nobody scores like they should don't play d miss easy rebounds i no ur player is so suppose to be the guy and your overall affect how your team mates play but it sucks when your overall is under 60 and ur defensive minded pg like i am to score buckets my middle range shot is 85 mostly all keep offensive attribues r 70 or above for a 5'8 pg hopefully i i can boost up to at least a 70 by end of season and get to pick another team at end of year.

i havent played in a while but i just got drafted by the thunder with the 26th pick. im an athletic SG and i averaged 36.7 PPG and 5.6 APG on 51.5% shooting during the combine.

Just got drafted to the Thunder with the 26th pick. Back to the basket C. I'm thinking with all the scoring this team has I can just protect the rim and rebound. Should be fun.

I switched to the Air Jordan layup package and I tried it in practice as well and didnt notice it too much. Youll notice the package much more once your in game. Because the layup packages really shine when your in traffic or trying to make a contested layup.

Hmm, I'm a scoring SF playing with the Heat with 50 games behind me, I'm second on the mvp list and unfortunately I'm the main candidate for the 'sixth player of the year', just can't start a game although I get more minutes than Wade.

The weird thing is I go into the situationals and the starting 5 is this: Wade, Miller, My Player, Lebron and Bosh, but when the game starts it's: Wade, Miller, Lebron, Bosh, Big Z, is this a bug or what?

Finally got traded, though to the Kings instead of my preferred Raptors, Knicks or Magic, but I'm having a blast. Definitely different play style required than playing along side lebron, wade and bosh, had to become the primary scorer with Evans out for the next few weeks with an injury. I did finally come across a trick that will actually let me hit wide open shots for a change. I dont know if it just happens to be a perfect storm between my shooting style and the situation but i am 16 minutes into my game and already with 32pts 3 rbd 1 ast 11-22FG and more importantly 10-19 3PT. I believe my 3pt shot is only at 74 too.

I gotta say the injury rate with my player is alarming, playing through a game that I have an ingame save for and the guy can't make it through the game without getting injured. Not to mention he has only played 1 game since already returning from an injury already, I think I should rename my player greg oden at this point.
