That would've been highway robbery. Really not sure how the Wizards can get any of those players with their current team. Aside from Wall and Arenas, I don't see any other value players that can get you those type of players.

Kenny Cross is about to make his NBA debut with the Brooklyn Beach Badboys. The 6'7" 85 rated, 21-year-old SG is starting at PG. He has the athleticism to keep up with the fast PGs (85 speed, 88 quickness), and the size to create a mismatch.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

First game with Nate Robinson back on the Knicks and we got beat by the Mavs 82-70. But it's actually the first loss I'm not upset with. We were 0-2 against bad teams with Amar'e and we really suck without him. So while I'm not going to accept 53-112 against the Rockets, a 12 point game against the Mavericks is alright for right now. Nate played really well and we were actually up 2 going into the final quarter, just had a lot of trouble scoring in the paint (no Amar'e) and Caron Butler and Dirk flat out don't miss at times lol, regardless of how far up in their face the defender's hands are. Jason Terry went off on me a bit too.

The perfect storm might be coming to me though, getting a healthy Amar'e next year, and we might get a top draft pick as we're already 0-4 and have a crappy team. Not to mention I have 2011 and 2012 Cavs picks I can deal if I want to try and get a higher pick. Nate Robinson, a top draft pick, Amar'e Stoudemire, and Carmelo Anthony would be huge. It'd make me an instant contender.

Some guys might have to go next year though, too much trade bait on the team. Notably Anthony Randolph and Danilo Gallinari. If Melo comes in next year I can keep Wilson Chandler at PF long term and with Amar'e there's no need to keep Randolph on the team. I can't decide on Gallo, I'm a big fan of his, but he can't hit a shot for me and he's slow. If Melo signs in the offseason, I might have to take my chances and trade Gallo and Randolph for a third piece to get my own big three.

It's the potential factor. Yi Jianlian has like A- potential or something and I'm pretty sure Blatche and McGee are fairly high as well. That's good trade bait with Arenas and can usually get you players that you don't deserve haha.

well i trade arenas, booker, 2011 first round pick to the 76ers for iguodala, kapono and thier 2011 first pick

than i traded 2011 first pick (76ers), kapono, yi jilian for josh smith, 2011 first pick (hawks)

since the wizards sucked last year thier picks mean more so it kind of like it has a 4 star value. i know these trades wouldnt go through but i used trade finder but in trade finder they wanted to much so i just ook out the extra stuff.

So I'm talking to my buddy earlier on xbox live n he tells me he started a heat franchise n his starting 5 is Rondo, Wade, LeBron, Amare, and Big Z. I asked how he made that happened but he completely dodged the question. My guess he got Amare for bosh. Idk how he got rondo as well. Anyways I hate this team he made because it is 95% unrealistic. The 5% that is realistic is wade and LeBron.

That's what I figured lol. Although I also agree with the statement he said about the heat should've signed Amare in bosh's place.

The potential factor's pretty ridiculous. I think their rating should be based off of how players play. Even dumber, if you pass 30 years old you no longer can improve potential wise as a player. So Richard Jefferson in the game can't get better like he is in real life. I always raise the potential of players I want to build around on my team. I might not realistically think Danilo Gallinari will ever be a 93, Nate Robinson a 91, and Timofey Mozgov an 80, but who's to say they can't be that good one day? Their play should be the only limiting factor in their rating.

yeah i agree but at the same time i cant complain cause i got me a big 3 lol. it was hard to make this team good without havin to trade override it lol

I figured I want to start a franchise of my own tomorrow. Now no matter what team I am, I will sign my 73 rated SF rookie. So what team do you guys think I should run with. P.S. I might put Pippen and Jordan in FA. I will also have "prime" AI in the FA. Anyways suggestions???

I'm not saying this just because I used trade override, but I don't think there's complete shame to using it if you pull off a fair trade benefiting all teams involved. Let's be honest, the trade logic, although improved, is still flawed. For those true sim players who like to keep it real, they are probably more knowledgable about executing fair trades them helps them build their team (even if that means trade override) as well as not completely 100% robbing the AI teams.

Obviously there are guys that abuse trade override. But for the true sim players, if you think of a trade that's reasonable and fair, it really doesn't make sense to me to not make the trade just because the trade logic is flawed.

That's just my two cents though.
