Just lost Martin for 1-2 weeks, tough 3 games without him, Williams hasn't shot well but Lowry has been puttin up 20 and 10. I probably need another SG to be a third stringer. We'll see.

Martin is a great scorer on this game. He's the only guy on this team who can make a jumper.

Drive with Terrence Williams. And keep driving with him. He gets to the line a LOT for me. He can even be used to get big men in foul trouble.

While people are posting their rotations. My current one is:
PG Aaron Brooks, Israel Smith
--Aaron Brooks sucks, and I planned to trade him, then he got hurt a week before the deadline, and no one will accept any kind of offer. This is a huge position of need for me.

SG Kevin Martin, Courtney Lee
--Kevin Martin is near 27 PPG for me. Courtney Lee rarely plays, I think he's been hurt.

SF Terrence Williams, Chase Budinger
--I like Terrence Williams, but he's limited.

PF Jason Thompason, Patrick Patterson
--This is easily my weakest position. Thompson has no balls, and Patterson is a rookie

C Yao Ming, Greg Oden
--I love my position here. Yao is incredible. Oden is effective off the bench.

Looking forward I could end up with two lottery picks (I have Portland's first rounder), but it doesn't look like either will be in top 5.

Oden is a RFA, and I plan to extend him. Brooks is also a RFA and I will probably let him walk.

I have 12-16M depending on Oden to spend in free agency. That won't be enough for Carmello.

I am torn where to spend the money. If I can land an 85+ OVR at either PG, SF or PF I think I could have one of the better teams in the west if I can keep Yao upright.

Signed Jeff Green and turned him into Paul George.

Knew I was taking Sullinger in the draft. Had the 4th and 19th picks. (Was 11th but swaped with the trade) Traded the 4th to the Cavs for their current 6th and swapped my next for their next. Took Sullinger at 6. Chris Singleton at 19. Finally to make the Jazz/Nets trade happen I traded Mullens for Asik. Not that I'll use him.

So year 2 roster is...

PG Westbrook/Lin/Maynor
SG Harden/Redick
SF Durant/George
PF Smith/Sullinger
C Ibaka/Aldrich

Asik,White and Singleton for injury filler.

So who's supposed to be good in the next draft? I assume the Cavs pick will be high.

After restarting for the millionth time I decided to go with the Sixers and this has been my best choice by far i've only played the first couple games but this is a freakin fun team to play with especially on the fast break. I also decided to let the cpu handle all my signings and trades and things of that nature this time around my reason for that is because I would always make moves and feel like I may have ripped the cpu off then it would make me wanna just restart so I let the cpu do it from here on and I just play the games.

Don't know if my last post got posted I was thinking the Bobcats ---- but after all the recent buyouts I want to wait for the more recent rosters. I like taking one of the bottom teams and turn them into a TOP team lol.

I'm thinking the timberwolves but not really sure.
They haven't been to the playoffs in bout 5 years.
Might feel like I'm really accomplishing something lol



Other teams I'm considering is Warriors, Pacers, Kings, Bobcats, Grizzlies, Clippers, Raptors

What team would be the best choice for me???

I started a new thunders association a few days ago

I traded nick collisons bad contract and bj mullens 2nd round pick to the 76ers for jason kapono and andres nocioni

Then traded nocioni for hasheem thabeet, then signed that 7'4 dleaguer drew cook to 4 years.

Played some simmed the rest since its the first year.

I ended up losing in semi finals to the spurs.

Ibaka won most improved player of the year and 2nd team defense
Kevin durant won mvp and 1st team


Off season
Put my 1st round pick for this year and cole aldrich in trade finder and i ended up trading him to the pacers for there 1st round next year.

Decided not to resign anyone and try to make a splash in free agency. I also figured this year i dont need any rookies since i want to work with this nice young team and want to keep the cap space for free agency.

Free agency came and i had 17 mill in cap space and i noticed.
Carmelo anthony in the free agency pool. I sent him an offer for 16.24 mill a year, Also sent tayshaun prince a 3 year 4.3 mill contract (mid level)

And also looked in nba transactions and i saw that the jazz and 76ers waived nick collison and raja bell.

Decided to pick them up from waivers and I also resigned jason kapono, nahz mohammed for the minimum.

Carmelo ended up accepting my offer and tayshaun also accepted.

Now my roster looks like this.

Pg - Russel Westbrook, Eric Maynor, Royal Ivey
Sg - Carmelo Anthony(i moved him to sg since durant is at the 3), james harden, Raja Bell
Sf - Kevin Durant, Tayshaun prince, Jason Kapono
Pf - Serge Ibaka, Nazr Mohammed, Nick Collison
C - Kendric Perkins, Hasheem Thabeet, Drew Cook.

Starters are Russel, Melo, Durant, Ibaka, Kendrick Perkins.
Sixth man is James harden

Right now my project is thabeet, Ive been developing him and on training camp i put him to strength.

My roster stands 15, but ivey, bell, collison, muhamad, and kapono are on 1 year contracts. So by end of next season ill have 10/15 with pacer draft pick and my draft pick. I also plan to target landry fields next off season but if i do that i might just send james harden somewhere because hes just to damn inconsistent.

Who knows. Any ideas to make my team better?

Saw that jeremy lin and armon johnson went to dleague unsigned, so i decided to waive raja bell and royal ivey to make space for armon johnson and jeremy lin. Both signed to 4 or 5 years forgot whatever the max was for free agents.

Was planning on moving james harden anway, figured i can package him with eric maynor. Both have some value. I figure this year my draft pick wont be high either so i can package that too.

If I were you, I'd think about moving Carmelo for a stronger power forward who's more effective than Ibaka on both ends of the floor. Melo and Durant are too similar in their playstyles, and a strong presence at PF would allow you to play more of an inside-out game. Plus, if you play Harden regularly and get used to his shot release, he's easy to play with and can average 20ppg no trouble.

I don't think there's enough points to go around on this team. I personally would use Bell as the starter and Harden backing him up.

28-15 with the Lakers I traded Bynum and Artest for Melo and he and Kobe are number 1 and 3 in the league in scoring so it's definitely working only thing is Melo's thing still says he is gonna test free agency so hopefully I can keep him.

Whats your lineup like? Hows Melo doing for your team. I am in playoffs. Artest is my second leading scorer in playoffs (after Kobe)

Its great melo westbrook durant combo compliment each other. If one gets cold the other 2 work with each other.

With ibaka and perk in the mid as the defensive anchors. Yeah they arent as fast as the first 3 and they seem to lag behind on offense, but still. The 3 shot punch combo works wonderfully.

I do agree ibaka is a lil weak but what i like atm is hes a hustle 4. I figured i can shop him around later but for now im looking to get rid of james harden.

Hes to inconsistent for me, hes good ive played with him on my player as the thunder and association but hes just to damn inconsistent for me.

Might look to package him with ibaka for a decent 4.

I'm doing a frnachise with the T-Wolves. Right now I'm at 15-32 and close to last in the conference.

Love is averaging 19 and 10, Beasley is at 17 and 5. I'll post more axact numbers at all star break.

After all the trades i have around 34.34 for the 2011 offseason and have alot of players under contract so i can make a run at a good free agent or just wait for the 2012 free agent class.

So what do ya'll think ?

since i had close to 17.00million in cap room my first season i made two big trades to make my teams even better. first i traded jerryd bayless and reggie evans along with a 2011 first round pick to the nuggets for felton and thier 2nd round pick.

then i trade barbosa to the mavs for shawn marion
