Defenders play me very tight on the wing, so I could boost shoot in traffic.
I wish they gave more FT options in My Purchases. I played a game against someone early and used Denver. I love Andre Millers FT. It is quick and easy to time. I would use either his or Lawson. But, I am able to time Cyclone somewhat well. It doesnt matter for my SG, but for my PF and SG it does
Instead of trying to purchase Andre Miller's ft, just go into roster before you load MP and see which ft routine is assigned to him. Then load MP and under edit player>signature scroll down to free throw and change to Andre's style

Just got great key game with my Twolves against Wariors, 91 points 12 rebs 14 stls and 4 asts, but my ps3 hanged at the player of the game screen so it didn't save. Really discourage to play the same match vs Warriors for a second time. No way i can do that same stats again.

My twolve is amazing. K Love and A. Randolph grabbed a lot of rebounds. Randolph is very athletic at 82 overall. He rebound, put back and dunk likes crazy (for 6'11" with 90+ on all vertical, reb and dunk, he likes a younger version of Howard with lower attributes but better shooting range) Rubio is also at 80 right now.

Lebron only played around 30 minutes again. Stupid coach usually bench him when my team getting wide-gap lead, especially on 4th quarter so he usually average just 16-18 points.

My 99 rate sg currently average 40+ppg, 5 rebs, 5 asts, 5 stls and 1 blk.

I will do it once I play. The fact that I RARELY play outside of MP and never played with Denver, I picked up A.Miller's FT very quickly. I HAVE to get that FT animation.

I don't get how it can be that much fun to start your season with that high of attributes, other than the fact that you can put up huge stats.

On the Wii, you're lucky to start a season with an Overall of 50. -_-
I enjoy the challenge though. Playing a tight game all the way through 32 minutes (I use 8 min Q's) gets my adrenaline pumping.

As far as stealing from guards goes..don't. Unless you have a 90 steal rating and can catch them in a dribble move or waddling with the ball in the off hand. Your best bet is to just sag off your man and intercept all day long.

Update for those who were following me: Sixers up 2-0 in the Conference PO's against Miami. We took the first 2 from them, at their house.

              Season Stats:
              74 games 21.1 ppg, 4.6 orpg, 10.4 rpg, 1.9 apg, 2.5 bpg, 2.4 topg. 24.7 mpg...I shot .570 for the year, and a horrible .643 from the line.

RotY, League leader in blocks, 2nd Team All-D, and 1st Team All-Rookie.
And another 6 games to Finals MVP ;D

Finally got my shoes too. The Wii doesnt let you choose shoe attributes, but they are +8 Medium which gives me a med shot of 80. I smell an MVP next season as long as I stay healthy.

I'm quite happy with my Athletic SG, though I can't really break some ankles with my dribbles, or at least create some space to drive. That's why I rely heavily on picks or my jumpers.

I have a rant. Miami and LeBum are waaaaaaaaaaaay too overrated....in the 3rd quarter.

I can be up 20 at half and he makes shots all day long in the 3rd, with my 7'5" hands in his face.

I can see Wade and Bosh making some tight contested jumpers, but LeBron can't shoot with someone in his face..and he definitely can't put up 3's like he does in the game ;(

Rant over. On to Game 3.

Huge stats is something I dont plan on putting up until at least next season. I only plan on playing Key Games. I will probably only put up a max of 15. I play with "Run Plays" on, so I dont get alot of touches. I dont want to be on Blazers, but I dont like asking for a trade. Since I wont start, I will probably only play 10-12 games MAX in my rookie season. I only played 1 game(simmed a ton), but if I am not open I wont shoot, especially since I have low shoot in traffic
As a 3pt Specialist and Me just being a catch and shooter, I dont have to focus on many things. Ball Security isnt neccessary early, since I dont dribble. Besides Defense and Mental, The only thing that was important was 3pt, Shot Med, Shoot in Traffic, Off clutch, and Consistency.

Well, im in my4th season now. On ps3, no way to cheat the money or rating as far as i know.

I started at 3pt sg with 62 rating. I play 80 from 82 games in my RC year on pro difficulty and 12 minutes. The 82 3 pts rating i got at the start really help me early in career since i was unable to do other things else. I missed lay up or shot inside almost everytime and cant dunk so all i did are shooting three. As time progressed, i can dunk instead of missing uncontested lay up. At the end of the first season, my rating was 90 and i can do a lot more things since i got a lot skill points for playing 80 games with 12 minutes. I can use mid range fade away which can go in most of the time. If you use MJ from Bulls 96, i updated my skill according to his ability so i can control my MP like him.

When u r at 99 rating, not that hard to put crazy stats on pro difficulty. Look what MJ at 99 rating can do, your attributes when maxed out at overall 99 will even better than him.

My steal rating is currently at 96, capped at 95 but i bought 1 more cap. I still foul a lot but there are many occasions that worth risking to get some steals.

For example, when the cpu big men rebound the ball on defensive end, they gonna pass to their pg most of the times. U can anticipate passing lane and steal it. Big men usually have low pass rating.

Chasing them down and steal the ball from behind, quite easy to steal the ball if you know the tempo.

Also, everytime big men dribbing near me, i will try to steal from them since they usually have bad ball security and dribbing skill. However, beware that they will pass to open man when u try to steal the ball and not focus on your assigned matchup.

Stealing from guards us harder. But u can learn the tempo too. I ended up foul a lot but still get nice numbers of steal.

If the cpu behind u posted up, the guard will probably passed the ball over your head, step back a bit and put steal to cut the ball above your head. When the guard dribbing learn their move and try to steal. It is hard to explain but when u see what time u foul and what time u successfully steal the ball, u will know the tempo better.

I bought Ray Allens for my PG or PF and I regret it. I like a quick and smooth FT that releases at the top.

Is this me or but when my PG was on 76ers and after he left to Clippers, Dru Holliday Shot Med and 3pt was over 95. I noticed it when I was there that he had those ratings. I thought it was a mistake. I was checking players rating in-game and I noticed he had A+ Outside Shooting grade. He doesnt shoot that much, but he makes most of his shots.

on 2k11 you started off 49-51 OVR depending on which playstyle you chose. this year it starts you at about 60-62 depending on which playstyle you choose. but your guy is actually the same skill level as in 2k11, the only difference is last year your awareness ratings were less than 50, while this year they are around 70 to start.

I'm a rookie PG for the Knicks for my new MP. Currently 1st in the NBA in PPG, 3PM, FGM, and FT%...and Top 10 in the league in assists...

However, though playing for NYK is good, we're in good playoff standing before All-Star Game (I'm All-Star SG for East) I really want to get traded to a different team...a contender that needs a good PG...I need some advice on which team to request trade to. My old MP was Milwaukee, and I love the style of play they have, the plays they run, and the personnel...esp. playing with Stephen Jackson...

Milwaukee is currently in playoff standing, and I was wondering whether I should request trade to Milwaukee...they're my first choice, but wondering which other teams need a PG.
