One thing I'd like to see is better crowd interactions. When you make a go ahead shot with less than one second on the clock, you should see the crowd jump up and shout all at the same time. Would really help to immerse the player into the moment.

Mostly play My Player an simulation Association, so this is my wishlist:
Less Silly All Stars: During my most recent My Player season, Robin Lopez made the All Star team, despite not even being on the list of players receiving top votes and being a bench player who gets maybe 5 to 8 minutes a game and doesn't even produce that much.
Better Trade Logic: Trade logic seriously needs to be better. The Suns should not be trading Marcin Gortat and another young guy for the corpse that is Jermaine O'Neal and Troy Murphy.
Remove Being Pushed Out of Bounds: Or at least make it a foul. I'm sick of having an opponent literally push my player out of bound, then getting called on the turnover. This isn't my player bumping into them actively, but the opponent bumping into the player and pushing them out of bounds.
More Consistent Foul Calls: It was better in NBA 2k11, but in 2k12, have the time when I go inside for a shot, I get hit, sometimes by up to three different players, and no foul is being called. That is just silly.
Fix Commentary/PA Glitches: Playing for the Suns, it really breaks immersion when Channing Frye is starting, and yet he's being referred to during the introduction of the starting lineup as "Stoudemire". Likewise, the PA error where the PA says "Shooting 3" for free throws when there's not that many being shot needs to be fixed; it's been around since 2k10.
Fix Speed: A 99 speed guy should be able to outrun slow centers. Or catch up with slow wings. Just saying.
Make Active Defense Matter: In My Player, I shouldn't get a "Good Defense" bonus just because I'm standing next to the shooter if I'm not putting a hand up or actively contesting a shot.
Give My Players Personalities: I don't want to be unpredictable. I don't want to act like every other My Player. Along with differing voices, the My Player's personality shouldn't be fixed, ie, a super professional player who doesn't celebrate at all, or a loner who doesn't touch hands or act friendly with other players.
More Shoe Brands: I'm sick of just Adidas, Reeboks, Nikes and Converses; I want to wear New Balances, Filas, Pumas, etc.
Make NBA-Style Presentation Optional: If I wanted to watch an NBA game, I'd watch an NBA game. When I'm playing an NBA game, I don't care about the half-time show, the time-fillers during the breaks, etc. I just want to play the game.
Make David Stern Optional: Some players might want have David Stern be part of their game. I don't. I want him to go away. And his voice is pompous. So, make him optional, please. Because, right now, it feels like he's just being arrogant and invading my NBA 2k experience.
Talk About My Player: What's the point of My Player if he's never talked about along with other players?

In my player- If you lose a game, in the press conference I could go off on (A.) the refs, (B.) my team, (C.) the other teams play, like it being dirty or aggressive..
If I get called for a foul, and I disagree, let me show the emotions, Idc if I were to get a T
Or example, my team was losing to the Lakers, it was late in the 4th and it was to the point where I just wanted to spike the ball and walk to the lockers..Favorite Teams:

* I'd like to have the option to decide which players appear for every position on the in-game substitutions. For example, I'd like to be able to set only Stuckey, Gordon and Wilkins for the SG position. So when I scroll through the SG position - only these players will appear. I don't want to scroll through 5-6 players which the CPU decides for me.
* Team Accessory Color menu - let us set the colors for accessories for each team, divided into 3 groups - bands, sleeves and headbands.My Specs:

They could just make a NCAA 2k for my player, 1-4 years at the college of your choice, like Duke for instance.. So u play like your High School State Tournement, the better you play, the better college you can get.. Then you can export him to NBA 2k so instead of starting with a 60 overall, you can start with like a 75-80.. And be the number 1 pick..Favorite Teams:

I will literally pay 10 extra dollars to pick what unis my team wears in my player mode. I play CAL/Myplayer 99 percent of time.
Add my name Alfred Bob to database (should be way more names to pick from)
Get rid of all the damn skating.. I cant play defense when i'm to busy moon walking with the flick of the control.
get rid of bumping or find better way to implement it. Tired of having pgs push around bigger stronger players. earl boykins bumping dwight howard or any body isn't acceptable.
ability to break free from rebounding animation. I shouldn't be sucked into a box out soon as the ball is released.
Fix the damn up and unders everybody does this damn move even with 4 people around and it stills goes in.
focus on Defense
stop with teleporting cpu defense
fix inbound passing
run plays more effective stop with having the cpu jack up shots from half court or drain shot clock until 5 seconds left.
Ability to go undrafted in myplayer and earn a spot by competing wether during season/training camp.
Eveyrthing myplayer has Create a legend should have.their the same mode just real life players.
make the profile record in myplayer it only records tendencies in exhitbition game.
make running zone less of a hassle.
ability to upload CAL/myplayer with next years edition.
strength should mean something other than backing down in paint. how about ability to break free from contact/bumping or ability to make contact layups/dunks
better commentary especially in myplayer im tired hearin the same lines.

This is more association stuff:
Set Scoring Options: In association, let the player choose the order of scoring options, and then stick with it. I get sick of role players getting the ball passed to them all the time and then chucking up shots.
Realistic Steve Nash: I hate saying this, because he's my favorite NBA player, but in association mode, Nash shoots way too much. It's one thing when he scores thirty or so points once in a while; it's another when he does it every game instead of distributing the ball to the other players on his team.
Trade Player Exceptions: This one's a major thing for me; I like to trade players in association mode, because, let's face it, who doesn't want to put all their favorite role players together on a team. Likewise, around the trade deadline, I like to dump bad contracts to teams that aren't making the playoffs, even if it means having to trade some draft picks as well, and a TPE would be so helpful in trading.
Set Player Personalities: This is in create-a-player mode in roster settings; I don't like how, when I create a player, I can't set their personalities and goals as well. Why does every created player have to be not loyal, not greedy and not competitive?
Add a "Run" Tendency: I'm sick of my bigs not running during fast break, particularly the likes of Blake Griffin or Amare kind of just jogging back during the break. Those are guys who are known for dunks on the fast break, so at least make them run during the break. I'm kind of getting sick of just my wings caring about the break.
Add Player Requests/Suggestions: In Association mode, I want my players to request other players to be brought to the team, certain plays to be run for them, or even to be traded to other teams.
Bring Back Trading Block: I liked the trading block from 2k10; I think it would work very well in tandem with the trade finder, because I like the idea of just putting the player on the block, and then other teams letting me know their interest, rather than having to actively search for trades all the time. Also, I think being put on the trading block should affect how players play, like certain players may play worse, while others might have a devil-may-care attitude towards it.Comment

1. improve responsiveness and control...add faster, more contextually appropriate animations.
to start - layup and dunk animations took a step back in 2k12. it seems like every time i drive and want to do a layup, my player always does this strange layup animation where he will stop his momentum, plant both feet and put up some confusing floater way too far from the basket - as a result, nearby defenders can come over and contest the layup...but if he had just done a normal "moving layup" off one foot and continued to the rim, defenders wouldn't have been able to affect the layup...this is what i mean by "more appropriate" animations...so many of the animations in 2k12 are just confusing and not very effective for the situation...
many times when i do a layup near the rim, it feels like the layup animation forces my player to move closer to the nearest defender just so the defender can stop my attempt...it feels like the game is sucking my player closer to the defenders so i can't get a clean layup. like if i'm driving straight at the rim and there is a defender on the left side...rather than using my right hand and going to the right side to avoid the defender, the game makes my player go left and use my left hand, which takes me directly into the defender. so many animations in this game are just confusing, ineffective, delayed, and inappropriate. for 2k13, i want "contextually smart animations" in all areas of the game...but mostly with dunk and layup animations. if there is a wide open lane to the hoop, i should be able to drive right to the rim without the game forcing me into a bad layup animation just so i don't get an easy bucket.
2. for the love of God...fix the turbo trigger. i don't know what happened to the turbo trigger in 2k12, but it is a God-awful mess. it just doesn't work...there is a HUGE delay between when i press turbo and when my player actually speeds up...this makes driving to the hoop a pain...because you might see an open lane and hit turbo, but by the time your player reacts there is no longer an open lane.
then there's that B.S. delayed foot plant that your player does when you hit turbo...if i'm already moving and i hit turbo, my player does this garbage hesitation "foot plant" move before he starts to speed up....this totally defeats the purpose of the turbo trigger, because it actually slows you down rather than speeds you up...what the...?!!! if you are already moving, you should be able to instantly speed up without doing some garbage hesitation.
if the delay to the turbo trigger is being caused by the "throw ahead" animation, then i say get rid of the throw ahead animation...because i'd rather just have a responsive turbo trigger.
oh yeah, and that reminds me of the "throw ahead" animation. the problem is that the throw ahead animation doesn't actually make you move faster...so it's completely worthless...all it does is make your player change is running style.
