My main thing is being able to play the game 8-10 months from when I get it and still have fun. A lot of gameplay changes need to happen but, those are things that can b patched up later. I love online association but it takes way to long and it's easy to loose interest quickly. U need to able to edit players in the mode and advance it at YOUR OWN PACE like NCAA online dynasty. Also crew mode would b awesome to have back. Idk y it got taken out. 1 last thing is bring back the lobby system in online. It is aboaultly terrible to wait 5 min to get in a team up game with 4 people and everyone leave. Keep up the good work tho 2k

i want the crowd to be more of a factor in this game. I also want there to be dynamic crowds in association. We see that home court advantage is HUGE in the NBA. Why not get little ratings boost when the fans are going crazy? or have the opposing team get a small ratings decrease? i want the crowd to get loud and hyped in 2k13. I want to force the CPU to call time outs because it is so dang loud they cannot even call a play

I remember College Hoops 2k8 having something like this. It had a momentum bar and if you were at home and got your momentum up, the crowd would get going and all of your players would get extra energy and I believe their rating goes up a little. Would be very cool to see in 2k13.

I'm begging anyone who will listen and can do something about it to improve pick-and-roll play. Make the big roll IMMEDIATELY after successfully setting the screen or after the defenders goes under/over. Perhaps allow us to tell the big man exactly when to roll, like in NBA Live 10 (I think). Allow us to choose which side we want the screen set on. Allow the CPU to use slip screens. Give us ratings for a player's ability to set good screens and not get called for moving picks. Allow the screener to spread his feet apart to make it harder for the defender to go underneath.

I really don't agree on this. Most people turn off clutch factor already.

The only factor I want the crowd to be a factor in is energy and emotion. I want them to go ballistic when I sink a big 3. To be intelligent to recognize big moments. The crowd shouldn't keep at some steady fervor even when the home team is being blown out by 30.

The windmill dunks and such in the half-court should be completely, 100% removed. Nobody performs windmills against a set defense, and nobody jumps as high as these windmill dunks I see unless they have a FULL sprint, which you can't get in the half-court.

As I said before, there should be separate dunk packages for basic, half-court dunks and fast-break, show-off dunks. But this is NOT, I repeat, NOT to say that it should be impossible to do basic dunks on a solo break. But flashy dunks should not be done in the half-court.

----Add technicals in the game. Let the emotion stat be a driving force to getting technicals... If a person has lets just say a 30 in the emotion stat and can't control his emotions after a missed foul or something then there should be an animation where he either talks to the ref, throws the ball, or something...and then a tech.

Higher raise in the emotion stats lets you handle your emotions better, and by the time you get in the 90's getting a technical would be rare.

----Let it actually be possible to be the number 1 draft pick, or let you bring your 2K12 player into 2k13. Some people like building their character up, but some people just want to come in and dominate.

----Let it be possible to start in the all star game, and make winning more rewarding in My Player...winning the championship, game 7's, all star, etc just felt so bland.

No offense to anyone, but can we PLEASE make a sticky thread about what the NBA won't allow to be put in the game? Technicals, flagrants, fights, etc.

Fix the terrible drawn out animations for blocking and make charge work. Allow the CPU to use double teams. Fix the sliding on ice. It's already been said a million times, but it's a glaring problem.

Refs With Personality

Like the MLB The Show series does with their umpires, I believe refs should have their own personalities of how they call the game -- by the book or loose. Maybe even give them names and tendencies -- we could use it as a scouting report feature. It already seems that the games are called differently, adding fictional refs would kind of justifying it or at least allowing us to know what type of game to expect.

I find it funny that they don't want technicals in a NBA video game when they whistle them for absolutely nothing every game in real life now.

While the game is loading before you play a game Instead of a loading screen or while the game is loading it should show the commentators at the sports desk talking about the up coming game. They should talk about injuries key match-ups winning and losing streaks and any breaking news from around your league. They should announce the starting line ups for rivalry games the playoffs and the Finals.


In my player your player should be in the locker room with his other teammates instead of just standing there at the loading screen. One of the goals in my player should be to become team captain. When you become team captain you should be able to call your teammates out when they are playing bad or to motivate and encourage them during the timeouts. You should be able to call plays no matter your position it shouldn't just be the point guard but only if you are a team captain. When you receive your endorsements you should be able to see them through out the game you are playing, like after the first and third quarters they'll show up coming games, wouldn't it be awesome to see your commercial and your build boards as well. Your teammates should give feed back on how they feel about you as a player and a leader. This should effect team chemistry. All the other players from around the league can give there thoughts about you as well this could make rivalry games more intense and feel like a true rivalry


At halftime after they show the first half stats and other games from around the league the game should take you to the locker room where the coach is talking to the team and giving further instructions on what the team needs to keep doing and what the team needs to do better. And if you are a captain in my player you should have some input as well or you can be on the court shooting around before the second half starts. When you go to the bench you should put your warm up shirt on and you should get a towel and some water or some gatorade. And if you played good at home and you are done for the night depending on your popularity the crowd should give you a standing ovation no matter if you win or lose.


Pre-game halftime and Post game interviews with more then one question. If you win any season awards the game should show you receiving the award instead of just reading that one little sentence at the NBA Today screen. Its better to see these thing happening instead of just reading about it.


The last few weeks of the regular season the game should build up hype for the playoffs like some serious hype the playoffs should be totally different from the regular season not just the crowd wearing team colors. Same goes for the Finals, You play 82 games plus playoffs to get to the Finals. It should be a very big deal. Your my player should get playoff and Finals endorsements if he makes it.


Real championship celebration at least 12 minutes long as long as a quarter lasts. You should have interviews confetti trophy and finals M.V.P ceremony a look at the losing team players celebrating with each other and with the fans.


Offseason should be just as exciting as the regular season. The sports desk should keep you up to date with everything going on around the league with live updates you shouldn't have to go to the NBA Today screen to see what happened or is happening. If its a contract year for your my player he should be able to announce his decision like Lebron did if you want and if any big names move to new teams the sports desk should break that news immediately. And at the beginning of the next season you should raise you championship banner and receive your ring. If you won the championship the previous season your team should be called the defending champs though out the season.


Again show things happening with visuals not just that one sentence at the NBA Today screen.
