Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
I'm in an association with the Cavs. I want B. Lopez in my team (he fits perfectly with Tristan). How about this trade?
Cavs: R. Sessions - A. Jamison + 1st Round Pick 2012 (maybe 2013 too)
Nets: B. Lopez - Okur - J. Farmar
PD: Sorry for my englishComment

Don't think NJ would give up Lopez as long as DW is around.Comment

I can't remember if the 3PT Shootout was in 2K12 but one thing I like doing around the All Star Break.
Take the top 6 qualified players for 3pT%
Take the top 2 for 3PT makes.
But them in a 3PT Shootout in Blacktop Mode.
Winner gets +2 in 3PT Rating.Comment

Welp, guessing most have seen the Ellis-Bogut deal. I decided to stop my Assoc. 2 days before the trade deadline on Sunday so I could make all the moves from real life. Not sure how many moves are going to be made this year though.Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
So I'm in the 2nd year of my association and I'm in early to mid January so I'm starting to compile each team's lists of guys they plan to offer extensions too, which guys they let go, etc. The only player I'm really not sure about is Andre Iguodala. He has a 15.9m player option for next season. A max contract is 5/90.57 with 5% back. The first year salary in a max deal is 17.29m. I'm not sure I see Iggy getting a max deal. I have signed Dwight Howard, Blake Griffin, Deron Williams, and Andrew Bynum to max deals, just to give you an idea where my though process is on this. Iggy did make the all star team in the first year but it was a typical year for him (16.6 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 6.4 apg). He's not dominant, just very good. That said, it's looking like a fairly week free agent crop. With Bynum resigning with the Magic, Blake and Chris Paul taking max deals from the Clippers, and Deron Williams taking the max extension with the Nets, the "big" FAs on the market will be Al Jefferson, Brandon Jennings, Devin Harris, Jamal Crawford, Tyreke Evans, David West, Darren Collison, Ben Gordon, Jose Calderon, Serge Ibaka, Nikoa pekovic, Mo Williams, Monta Ellis, Stephen Curry, and possibly Paul Milsap (still deciding on him). Now some of those guys may resign with their own teams, but they will test the market. With that much talent, my initial thought is Iggy won't get a max deal, nor should he. However the 76ers are underperforming this year with a .500ish record in early January. Even with Brand coming off the books, they will only have about 5 million under the cap if they sign Iggy, and that will be eaten up by draft picks. So in essence he would be simply counting Turner, Hawes, Vucevic, and Mason Plumlee getting better and a draft pick (probably mid 1st) coming in and being an immediate contributor since in addition to Brand, Meeks will be leaving. Is that a championship caliber team he's willing to give another year to?
Thoughts?Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
I have quick question on injuries. I'm blitzing through a Clippers 30 team control franchise, so I've been managing injuries around the league as instructed in the association guide. Now whats the deal with injuries when it comes to the playoffs? Should I reduce to one injury every 2 days maybe, or stick with 2 injuries a day?
Thanks in advance to anyone that helps me out here.NFL - Giants]
