Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
Ok I was planning on starting a 30 Team association sometime, but I have a couple questions...
What should I do when someone gets injured on a team regarding minutes and rotation especially if they are not the team I am using?
When should other teams sign free agents and how do I decide who gets these players?
Have you read the tab about creating injuries?? There's a good idea in place imo that works great. Takes a little time but it's worth it, and it's actually kind of fun to play God lol.Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
I love actually using all 30 teams, and trying to make all teams good realisticly. How do you guys go about making trades for the CPU?? Oh and i think you should trade Boozer, CJ Watson and a bunch of fillers for D Howard and Hedo's expiring contract? Since ORL's really trying to trade him. B.Ed you should come up with some sort of free agent lottery system. The more loyal players will have a higher chance of resging, and players could want to go to their home state.Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
Just tested this..it would work out.
Bulls get: B. Gordon & Pistons 2012 2nd rd. pick
Pistons get: C. Boozer
I still say it's unrealistic however...pistons are in a rebuilding stage so they wouldn't take an aging Boozer with 4yrs/60mil contract on. Just my opinion, but I don't see a situation that's realistic to trade Boozer. That Suns trade someone said isn't realistic either imoComment

while the pistons are rebuilding they do have a lot of backcourt depth compared to frontcourt

Bulls have no one close to worthy enough to get D12...Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
Yes they do, but they won't take Boozer's contract. And they have a nice rookie Jerkbo that looks good, along with Monroe who is on the brink of stardom imo. Trust me, no way in hell pistons take Boozer's contract lolComment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
thanks for all the suggestions guys. i think it may be best to just stick with boozer for a year or 2 to and then look to trade him. 4 yrs 60 mil is hard to move but 2 yrs 30 mil might be easierSt. Louis Cardinals
Chicago Bulls
Indianapolis Colts
Northern Illinois Huskies

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
That was the only way I could see Boozer being traded. It's hard to say what the Suns are doing. It doesn't seem like their trying to rebuild as they have given out a lot of big contracts. I didn't really think it was that realistic, but the guy seemed like he was dead set on trading Boozer. Lets not forget the fact that Bulls trading Boozer isn't that realistic either. Besides, Boozer is good in this game so I don't see why people would wnat to trade away their second best player offensive playerComment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
While this would normally be true, for some reason the Magic don't want to rebuild so they want veterans for him. I would follow the guidelines though were you can only trade stars for picks, prospects, and expiring contractsComment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
And there's that "rule" which I think is a good one..where no trades are dealt until 3 days before the deadline and/or on draft day only.
And Orlando is pretty good, even when Dwight isn't having a good night they win so I don't see Orlando trading him at all. Take their chances on doing well in the playoffs and hoping to resign him. They will have some money next year with Arenas' contract gone from amnesty to bring in a FA (maybe D. Williams from the Nets will come there?) I personally don't see D12 being traded this season; they're too good of a team to do that.Last edited by DarthRambo; 01-17-2012, 11:02 PM.Comment
