HOLLIDAY1183 what about ur sigs? Irl mine would probably be dimer, alley ooper, spot up, active hands, and finisher.
I currently have Gatorade 1st Qtr, Bruiser lvl 1 (can't get higher due to Athl. PG Strength cap is 70 or 75 I think), Def. Anchor maxed. I am thinking about equipping Dimer or Floor General at some point, probably Floor General, as I'm not much of a dimer IRL lol.

I'm going to save up all VC for the rest of this rookie year, not upping any more ratings or skills, then come back next year with Lockdown Defender, and maybe either Interceptor, Active Hands or PickPocket... Tryna have it be a *storyline* about how I *worked hard in the offseason* to get better on D. LOL

Shot Form LeBron James, Shot Base 17. Slightly turned, elbows not square, release on the way up. So close to my shot IRL lol, spent an UNGODLY amount of time arriving at this. With all the sig stuff, I pretty much stayed away from anything overly flashy, just basic quick moves. I LOVE the dunks, cuz even though they're not flashy they are perfectly *realistic* and look as if my player is really tryna get his legs under him to rise up.

As for gear, since varsity all I ever wear is one rubber band on each wrist, team elbow pad on left arm, knee sleeve each knee, low socks.

    OVR: 86
    PPG: 23.3
    RPG: 3.2
    APG: 7.0
SPG: 0.4 (hence the need for PickPocket/Active Hands/Interceptor
TPG: 3.8 (still working to bring this down, was near 5 before my passing in the NBA *improved*)
    BPG: 0.8

NOH: 24-14, 4th in West. Since the 7th game of the season, have started every game at PG, never playing out of position once. So nice since my old PG on PHI ALWAYS played SG and even SF and PF lol.

Anyone else like me, who go to *unreasonable* lengths to keep it realistic? For example, I can very easily buy fancy dunk packages and shooting forms, but instead searched hours(literally hours lol) for a shooting form and shot base that mirrored my real life shot... Also, my 6'3" 210lb PG is my height/weight and I have only and will only ever equip "Rimgrazers Off One" "Basic One Handers Off One" and "Basic One Handers Off Two" as my dunk packages because I was never able to do more than those in real life. LOL seems ridiculous but I love doing this.

It's as close to "me" being in the NBA as possible. lol

I kinda do this but the thing is I wanted to create a center because dominant big men like Dwight Howard come once every 10-15 years so I basically wanted to be the "2nd coming of Shaq" but I found it hard being a 5'7, 140 lbs asian dominating in the NBA as a "big man" hard to take seriously haha So I created Taribo Tate, a 7'1 310 lbs supremely gifted athletic black dude from nebraska to live out my NBA fantasy.

Anyway, back on topic. What I did do to make him at least similar to me was give him my free throw routine which is spinning the ball in the palm of my right hand, dribbling the ball 3 times then spinning it once more then shoot. It took me forever to find having to watch all of the routine animations you can choose from. I thought I was crazy going through all of them for even thinking that someone in the NBA would have the same routine I do but was actually shocked when I found that Wesley Johnson does exactly the same thing I do.

Enjoying this thread, very interesting to see all the different players and how you all are progressing. We all go to lengths to make *ourselves* but I guess it just varies in how *far* we go lol. I might make a C or PF too, just have to find someone to "base" him on to give it that "realistic" touch lol.

I just had one of those "throw-my-team-under-the-bus" type of games. With Rudy Gay on the shelf, we are really struggling.

Against the Magic, we we're down 95-81 with about 6 minutes left. I proceed to score 10 straight (finished with 40). After closing to within 4, I never touched the ball again on offense. Ended up rage fouling out and we lost 120-105.

EDIT: So I went to my social media feed expecting to be flamed and, to my pleasant surprise, all of my followers praised me and my effort and told me that the lost wasn't my fault.

I think there's a signature skill called Player coach, where you get the ball immediately if you ask for it. I haven't tried it out, but I know it costs 10,000 VC.

YES!! My team traded Andrea Bargnani and got Kenneth Faried! That was one of the power forwards I asked management for. So glad Bargnani gone. With Deandre Jordon our team has already gotten substantially better on defense and rebounding. Now our team will be even better at rebounding and defense. 5 of the last 6 games we have held the other team under 100 points and last game we out rebounded the Knicks 50-29. 5 game win streak. And with Kenneth Faried he will help us even more on defense and rebounding.

                  Kyle Lowry
                  Demar DeRozan

                  Kenneth Faried

definitely vertical as that could help your dunking and help rebound and blocking too

Yeah they beast. Played my first game with Faried. Faried 18 points and 13 rebounds. Deandre Jordan 12 points 11 rebounds and 2 blocks. We lost though. We out rebounded Houston but they had so many free throws. They shot 22 free throws and we only shot 3 free throws. Every other stat was even. They got to the line more. Lot of bad calls though.

Can you have more than one myplayer to use in mycareer? If so, how? Also when I start a new mycareer is the roster updated? Like Harden is in Houston already?
