Ok normally I am fine with the dumb things the game does but this even pissed me off.
Playing the thunder. We up by 10 with 3 mins left I get subbed out (I never get subbed out in 4th and if I do its for 10 secs) subbed back in up by 4 with 33.5 secs left, subbed back out with 20 secs left up by 4. Come back in with 3 mins left in overtime. We end up losing in OT.
I guess they felt they couldn't cheat to have thunder win if I was in the game. Seriously 3 times in 2 mins is bull****.

Re: Official NBA 2K13 MyCareer thread
I'm the starting SG for the Timberwolves and I just played a game against the Cavs.
We beat them 88-69 and Kyrie was held to 9 points and 8 assists.
I ended the game with 24 points, 6 boards, and 9 assists.
Dion Waiters scored 33 points, as well.Boston Celtics

Re: Official NBA 2K13 MyCareer thread
Yup. I just finished the NBA playoffs and we won!
BTW LeBron got injuried while playing the Bulls in the playoffs so of course they lost to the bulls. The bulls did put up a fight the 1 and 3 round. Easy win but they are deadly in the paint.Comment

Leading the West with the Lakers, and leading the All-Star votes with my player. Having a very good year with 33 PPG, 7 boards and 7 assists. Had a career high in assists in the last game with 21. Now off to play my old team the Cavaliers. I look forward to tearing them up.EPL - Arsenal

Re: Official NBA 2K13 MyCareer thread
Helping Orlando forget about Dwight Howard......
I started a 6'11" 252lb athletic PF. Got drafted to the Magic and worked my way into the starting center position (with Al Herrington at PF). We also traded Big Baby Glen Davis and 2013 #1 draft pick to the Bobcats for Kimba Walker.
I expected this to be a tough team to play on with lots of loosing. But, I have found this team is alot of fun. We are winning and have risen to be right on Miami's heals in 2nd place in the east at the half way point.
Walker pushes the ball and attacks the rim almost too much. Wtih the brick wall skill going, my picks can get him an easy path to the basket (so cool to knock opposing guards on their butt!!). I have also learned to follow him in to pick up offensive rebounds and putbacks.
Hedo Turkoglu and me are money on pick and rolls were most of my points come as flashy dunks at the rim. As the only ball handler with dimer skill, I hope management offers him a contract extension.
I also have learned to call for the ball in the low post and dish it back out to three point shooters for open looks when the double team comes in (Redick is still on this team). This is so effective that I got the post playermaker skill and with all the shooters to work with, we lead the league in three points shots.
Finally, rebounding is working well. I can get 10 to 20 rebounds a game and am pretty much an automatic double double.
Anyway, this is my first attempt with a PF/C and, after playing PG and assorted wings so much, this is a great change of pace. I know that Howard's Magic got bumped out of the first round of the playoffs. So my goals are to:
1) lead the league in rebounds and outscore Howard.
2) get past the first round in the playoffs and see how far we can go.

Re: Official NBA 2K13 MyCareer thread
I really wish you could have multiple my players at once. Even just two would be great. I'm currently running a 6'6" scoring PG who has a knack for posting up and grabbing rebounds and am having a blast. But I'd really love to also have a PF career. I'd love to check out some of the other signature skills. And setting crushing picks, boxing out, and rebounding is so satisfying.
They have to add that in the next game.Tar Heels | Panthers | HornetsComment
