When you oh meet the gm, there is this option when you complain about losing. Then the gm will ask your opinion on players to trade for. When I was playing shooting guard for the magic that option appear after 7 games or so. We were suck

I started a career with a 6'5" SG, and got drafted 12 th overall to the Thunder.

Durant and Westbrook were both injured 1 game into the season, so needless to say it was a rough start but I got more shots. They are both back now and each game is being won by 20+ now. Took me 6 games to become starter.

Stats:
Overall: 33.3MPG, 28.8PPG, 7.4RPG, 8.1APG, 4.4STL, 1.6BLK

53%FG, 47%3P, 90%FT

Off-Bench: 25.4MPG, 19.3PPG, 3.1RPG, 5.2APG, 2.7STL, 0.5BLK

Starter: 38.7MPG, 32.7PPG, 9.2RPG, 9.4APG, 5.2STL, 2.1BLK

Record: 16-4 (won 9 straight)

Is there a way to get your team to trade teammates or to trade for certain players from another team?

You can have a gm sit down and say you don't (like or get along) I forgot which word they use. But say that about a certain player and see where it goes.

No one posted an update to this, so I decided to. In my second season, even though I had a team option on my contract, I decided to speak to the GM about picking up on the team option by requesting a contract extension. I was a day-or-two past the All-Star game, and the only glitch I encountered was an erasing of the first half of the season on the player cards. Everything else was fine. In my third season, I discussed another contract extension with the Celtics, and signed a 5 year deal. Again, no glitches.

To sum it up - the contract extension glitch no longer exists in the third season.

Got voted to the 3pt Contest, the Dunk Contest, Rising Stars Challenge and I got selected to the All-Star roster as well, as a 6th man.

After I had finished my 3pt Contest, which I didn't win, but I came in 3rd, lost the Dunk Contest, I was ready to go to the All-Star Game, but for my surprise I couldn't even play it as the season was simulated to the Playoffs.

Sure, I've heard about the All-Star bug, but I didn't think it would happen to me.
The only bad thing is I didn't get to play the All-Star game and I didn't win the MVP award, which I would've if the season wasn't simulated through.

But It's not too bad, We got the 4th seed, if I'm correct and we are in the Conference Semi-Finals against the Cavs, we're leading 3-0.
We already won the series against the Celtics 4-0.
The big surprise is the Heat fell 4-2 to the Cavs.

In the Conference Finals we'll be facing either the Brooklyn Nets or the Detroit Pistons. I don't even know which I would prefer because the Pacers haven't really played with the Pistons in the regular season, but I do know about Nets' Blatche, who is an absolute beast in NBA 2K14.

I'll just have to play this one game and then I will know who will be coming against us the next series.

So far averaging a double-double in the Playoffs - 28 points and 12.8 assists, 4.5 steals.

Did another MyCareer. 6'7 3pt Specialist SG.. Scored 32 points in the RSG and got drafted 2nd overall by the Magic. So far we are 5-3. I am averaging 22.4 points per game. And have been on a tear lately with 44, 32, 35, 38 point games my last 4 games.. Looking like Durant out here lol

Tried out HOF difficulty and it's surprisingly manageable. CPU actually misses shots and my teammates seem to like shooting more.

I've been playing the ps4 version...but my save got corrupted that had a 96 overall rated pg on.

so I'm thinking about going back to cg. Can someone answer this question?

Is there free agency on cg? I stopped playing cg to get the release ps4 and 2k14...but there's no free agency on mycareer as I've heard (your contract just goes to $0 and you keep playing).

so, is there free agency on cg where I get to choose other teams or not? THat will be a deciding factor for me...

just put up 32 pts, 2 reb, 6 ast, 8 stls, 4 blk against the Bucks in a losing effort.

But at least i tied a franchise record for most steals in a game

Which team are you on?

I got drafted to the Celtics, it's nearly All-Star weekend of my 2nd season and my starting 5 are

Rondo/Me/ Gordan Hayward/Thomas Robinson/Sullinger and Crawford as our 6th man.

I always play on HoF, and outside of Robinson/Crawford (and sometimes Hayward) my team will NOT take shots, or drive to the basket.. Like I will have Gordon Hayward wide open for a corner 3 and he will pass it back out to me or Rondo.

I always end up having around 25 attempts because they will pass it to me with 2seconds on the shot clock, idk it's bullcrap

I'm on the detroit pistons, and it turns out that was the only game they were actively looking to shoot lol...

started my 3rd n final my career this time as an athletic PG 6'6 193. Thought about making him 6'7 so if they do put me at other positions i can be good to go.

only in game 1 might start it over though.

What are some teams that need an athletic PG with Pass first type mentality.

Man i can tell difference in speed/quickness in player movements from my SF, PF, and now PG.

So far PG looks like it will be hardest spot to play especially as pass first PG.

they not even looking my way to put ball in my hands nothing.

I won't increase nothing besides physical attributes so year 3 i don't get picked up by team.

i'm do my best not to maybe stay in bench role for next 3 years. Until league is more mixed up and I'm ready for bigger role. Don't want to be stud off back.

How do you get that many steal? My steal attribute is max out and I have pick pocket as a signature skill. The most steal I've had so far in a game is 3.

It's all about timing, I don't have maxed stats or anything. Here's a tip if your a guard, defend the opposing PG on the inbound and the ball will go to the SG, the when they move up the court he will try and pass to the PG that's were you pick it off. This does not work with all teams especially if the SG or SF is primary handler I.e. Kobe on the lakers.
